I can confirm that the API still works. I just barely beat the last level with 120 health by nuking the last mammoth because I ran out of rockets. Sometimes you'll one-shot a mammoth with a rocket and other times you'll only dent their health bar. I found the game to be pretty fun.

This game has potential, but only if it gets a serious work-over, because it's much, MUCH too difficult for players to ease into the game at the start with how shoddy the aim can be, not to mention the fact that swapping weapons seems to break the game for me.

The suiciders and bikers can become a pain, they come in and leave way to fast and its even worse during swarms, and some of the weapons weren't as good as they could've been, for example the pistol only having six shots is annoying; it should have at least 10 or so shots.

I had to accept that I couldn't get consistent headshots and the retry that resets ammo and extra shields to 0, but the game gave me enough cash to not have to restart the game even tho my shield was hit pretty hard each wave. Not using the extra shields and buying only a few rockets each time was the strat for me. laser(/gun) highhp's, rifle(/shotgun) the rest. Obviously this game is lacking on some points, but try comparing it to the Idle and P2W garbage we get 10. years. later.

Kong can suck it for badging this crappy game. I REFUSE to play a game that doesn't even allow a CHANCE on the second level.

If you shoot stealth troopers where you see movement then yeah, you won't hit them. You are basically shooting their feet or in front of them, just aim higher.

This game is bugged. The invisible enemy body are half of the times unhittable. And I know for sure because I have been shooting at them at the same spot when they are not moving, and out of two shots if one shot hits it mean there is a problem, because it means I didn't miss their hit box. It is impossible to get past the invisible man level as the enemies come at too fast a rate, and the chances of the bug occurring is too high. Based on the a rough calculation, using average mouse moving speed, fastest human reaction time and the reload times of the gun, you must have roughly 100% hit rate AND waste no time on reload, while having the bug NEVER occur. I believe there is a way to always hit them. Else just having the bug not occur is a rough 1 in 10000000000000000 chance (rounded up) based on experience. Good luck to those looking to get the badge without cheating.

"The mamooth"? really? "I still don't how you see the stealthed units" shadows and show themselves while shooting. "armored goliaths" easiest killed with basic gun... wut? intro showing a big city that I have to defend. actual game... I am the only gunner alone with some girl with enemies coming from wasteland-like territory. Army of destruction? Me and a girl makes an army? The enemy are the army of destruction? Single medium badge less awarded and by me considered harder than a lot of hard badges? Check. Domes which you thought was gonna do something but was just extra armor? Check. I don't get it, developer.

How good is the game? Been around since 2007 and only 12k badges earned. Froze on the first level twice before I decided to just give the 1 star and walk away.

It's just the pathetic reload time that gets me. It would be an incredibly easy game if the enemies were big enough to see or if you weren't using a six shooter.

Finished first time, here's what worked for me. Zoomed in as much as could, didn't try for head shots, and remembered the weapon pattern. Also I found that AOE damage killed everything if you killed the guy you where targeting (so I would pepper a mammoth or with my gun, then use a rocket when 2 others showed up, killing all three and conserving ammo).

and another hard... ehm medium badge for me. Not sure why this game is so "simple" and confusing at the same time. Its not thaaaat bad, but there are way better Games on that genre.
The Game is hard on the beginning and its still hard if you have problems to change the weapons all the time. Laser is useless or i never need to use it. Nukes are maybe good, but i didnt use them too.

Basic Gun proves to be incredibly effective against Goliaths due to its big ammo capacity (half health in each burst). Shotgun any Bomber as soon as it enters the screen. Even when the bomber jumps to your dome, you still have time to kill him with shotgun.
Rockets kills instantly a mammoth when it's in his firing position.
Replay the game if you fail a wave because the money is not returned for purchases like ammo.
