When you get to the temple and find the last memory, there his a typo with the word his. It should be this. being able to attack in the air would be nice. I'm really looking forward to the expansion, but you might want to change the time achievement when you do expand it. It would be cool to make an upgrade to the glide ability that makes it so you can fly. JBitD, that is for later expansion, you have to go to a diferent area for that trophy. Trust me, i got it.

just a tip or an achievment: let an enemy "self-terminate." In other words, let an aenemy kill itself by lava or something!

omg, wtf ChainedLupine... I finished the game a few weeks ago, got all 4 song stones and I really liked the game. Today however, I see on the front-page that the game has achievements now, so I thought I could just start it and it would remember my saved game... but no. This is a major disappointment, and I will not complete this game yet again just for these badges. I am changing my rating from 5 to 1 for this. It is a great game, but having to complete a side-scrolling "search for stuff" game a second time because the save games reset, no thank you.

if we could shoot while we walk and while we jump i'd give it a 4/5... the shoot itself is too slow too, i don't like so much slow paced games, just look as Snailiad, that's how this game shoud have been made... faster and dynamic

Fix it please. I have the thing on low quality and it lags like a bitch and the controls are shit. but story is good. and art is classic. 3/5

just finished it and to recap it personally: idea 4, story 5, abilities 5, music 5, controlling 4. (with controlling i dont mean the keys but the difference to other game; e.g. no shooting in the air.) but after all a great game in pixel style that you shall love <3

So i get that the flying gunship boss is vulnerable to its own bombs....i just dont get how to make it take damage from them...=/

Go to serve no more wit 2 jump and glide. Fly right from the guys hand all the way to the wall. By the time you get there you'll see a small little random pixel in mid air.

final boss too hard? just "touching" the boss bombs with a double jump sends the bombs right back at it. Dead boss in 10 seconds

i activated the 3 crystal pods before i got to the last one behind the yellow force field and it told me to go and activate all 3 crystal pods -.- and now i cant remeber where i did find the last one

@ChainedLupine one of the memories has a misspelled word. I think you meant "collateral" damage and wrote "colleral". get to it by gliding up the green thingy and across acid pool in untapped potential

i love these games, retro style, great story, enticing and engaging, i haven't seen a game with a storyline of such quality on kong in a while

This is one of the greatest games I have ever played. The combination of the complex storyline, the mutiple endings, the way this game advances (the storyline is broken up into "memories" which you have to find, instead of the storyline just advancing normally), and the artowrk make a awesome game. This is definetally 5/5 for me....

Better guide to the secret room (This requires the wings): Within “Worldly Ruminations” (the cave after “Alter Ego”), there is a door leading into “Ancestor Grounds”. Next to that door, there is a platform going upward. Follow that. Keep going and going until you reach the room full of spikes scattered on the ground with a brain in the middle with a hovering turret. To reassure you're in the right place, the memory collected talks about the kinship between machines and animals. There will be a platform slowly going back and forth. If you jump and just miss the ledge the brain is waiting on, you’ll hit the secret room.
There is no benefit or consequence for this room, but it’s fun to discover. For me, at least. :3

so i found 3 fun facts and 2 songs but even with that coment by apsy i cant find the other two, the one where you get the wings, and the one past the podium door, although i havent really looked all that well for the podium one. can anyone give more detail as to where the the first one i mentioned is?

im stuck at the BEGGINING...i go in the cave, unlock the first door.i see 2 switch things.i press down on both.go back out of the cave, nothing happend..i do that again, still nothing...help?

Ugh. The controls feel horribly unresponsive and shooting is awful. It would be much better to just shoot forwards and be able to shoot while jumping. Whatever pair of keys you use, the idea of pressing one key for a long-range shot (which seems to go a randomly inconsistent distance) and holding two keys together for a short-range shot is terribly unintuitive, especially when short-range shots are much more useful! This is all a shame as the graphics and idea behind the game seem to be pretty good, though I've no idea why you chose the name as the game seems to have nothing to do with the Finnish Kalevala legends.

Extremely great game. The epic storyline drew me in so I had to read every single line of text there was within the game. Also, in my eyes, this game has high replay value, and I know I will be playing this game again by next week...:D 5/5 stars!

I'm stuck - in the last room with this statue, which should start emitting light - "interact" in this place doesn't work - what happened? i can't escape now from this place and can't add the gems in their place..?
