I never have my speakers turned on so I don't care about the music, but I would definitely add some kind of detail adjustment option for people with slower computers. This plays fine on my desktop but its slow as hell and almost unbearable on my laptop.

Enjoyable, but I agree, gets a bit slow, and the music does sound like it came from Mall Tycoon. Just something to think about for a sequel

Okay, its a bit slow, but I can almost deal with taht. But unless I'm a massive Enya fan, the music won't appeal to me. Something upbeat, maybe techno-ish

This game would be better if it had a more stimulating kind of music. I also agree with everyone else on the topic of ball speed. If the speed were greater the game would be better. Also, the fact that some levels would be much better with some continuous ball release.

way way way too sloooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwww. Honestly... maybe speed up gameplay by about 7-8 times speed and it'd be fun. I give 2.5 or 3/5.

%{color:blue}So slow...Why the long wait to score each shot? You should be able to drop another while it's counting. And how about 2 balls at a time? I would love this game!%

A good Peggle variation, but in my opinion the music should be jazzing instead of relaxing, and the ball should be 2-3 times as fast.

easily exploitable via repeated targeting of the free ball... and even if you miss, you get as many more chances as you want. 2/5

Hmmm. The more levels I play, the slower it seems to get.
Reload the page and go to a high level and it's a lot faster.

just tested it on my MBP and it flies along... so much better than my XP machine even though they have similar grunt.

tons of fun peg game my only selection is up the difficulty by hiding the mouse cause u can just aim with that exactly instead of guessing out the path the progectile will take

Painfully slow - and on a 2.8GHz box. (Win XP + firefox).
Needs a 'rescue ball' button - I got one stuck on level 12.

Beside being a total rip-off of Peggle, it is a bad one too, I think it could be great if you did incress over alle game speed and add some more game elements that would make it unique. Like gravity or smoething like that.

I also suspect that you are not clearing objects from the collision list once they are removed from the level. This is obvious as the game remains slow even when there are only a couple of objects on screen.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The collision detection is very inefficient. It feels like you are doing a collision test on every object on every frame. Instead, register each object to grid coords and only check for collisions on objects within the coordinates the ball is in. Otherwise, nice game.

This is a perfectly decent Peggle clone. It's seems a bit slow, but the physics in general work well, and the addition of a level editor is a good thing (I'm guessing that the people who said this is identical to Peggle didn't notice that). Pretty good.

there's nothing wrong with a peggle clone, considering that peggle was the most popular casual game of 2007. this one needs some work though--for one thing it runs way too slow. has potential though, i'm surprised there aren't more peggle / pachinko / plinko clones out there.
