my only complaints are that moving around is too slow, and a big laggy, especially when jumping. why not smooth it out and make the platforming a bit more painless? that coupled with dying and repeating segments with laggy-feeling controls/gameplay makes failure suck more than it should

This game is fascinating. As a game it's a pretty standard platformer, but when you add up the whole philosophical perspective, it turns into a very interesting and thought-provoking experience without being pretentious as most "art" games out there.

By far the most thought provoking yet fun game I have ever played. Easily a favorite. Thank you for creating such a masterpiece!

I'm always happy to see new games by Channel Four/Preloaded but this was below their usual very high standard. Stiff controls, poor graphics (by Preloaded standards) and very long loading times. It's like they replaced their whole staff :(

Below Threshold: There is just no excuse for ps1 level load times in between every map and level select section, especially for what appears to be a simple platformer at heart. The music is also very poor, it is like listening to darth vader. The whole philosophy aspect is an interesting, but I am afraid that it will come down to being a yes/no sort of deal. Like in console video games where you can choose your own path of being really evil or really good, nothing in between. The math fighting section is interesting by itself, but I just don't see its place in a platform game.

Hmmm. It is a very good game, it has potential, etc etc.... The only problem is that the difficulty curve is very high.. It takes me around 6 minutes a level after level 2 of body.. And I got stuck on level 4 for around 30 minutes.. Maybe if the difficulty was lowered a bit, it would be a better game.. For now, 4/5! Amazing game, I just dislike playing the same game for an hour, and only beating 6 levels

The whole game I was William Wordsworth, but at the end (I mean the end ot the game... you know) I got Amelia Earhart. Well... I'm going to play this in 5 years again. Do we change our minds during our adventure of life? I'll see...
Neat graphics
Deep thoughts
Nice features (at the website of this game)
A good mix of Jump'n'Run, a 'card game' and the possibility to think about yourself.
5/5

Kinda interesting game.... but very time consuming, and the fact that it doesnt save on kon makes it a bit annoying... but over all 4/5

2/5
The controls are laggy and the game skips frames randomly. The personality quiz questions seem to have no actual connection to the game, and are too vague. The tile battles are far too easy.
Overall, the game seems to be a random combination of poorly executed concepts.

Loading times are insanely slow. Not just at the preloader, but within the game itself. Not sure at all what takes so long to load however... >.> Need to find a way to fix it. I've seen games much more complicated loaded so much faster.

I think I am going to make an "art" game with awful controls that takes forever to load (even though there's not much to actually load graphic or music wise). Then I'll post it here and watch the comment battle between "No game play!!!" vs. "It's art, it doesn't need game play!!!"

Besides from some technical issues, this is a really good game. It's a simple, puzzle game with a very good theme. 4/5

Haven't actually played much yet, but I've been sitting through lots of loading.
Is this an art game? It presents its theme as if its artsy but then leaves you hanging.
Seems unfocused. Also, loading is a horrible experience.
I won't rate it yet because I haven't played it, but the amount of loading has seriously disinclined me from playing.

The controls are sluggish, making platforming frustrating at beast.I've had to restart levels multiple times because of glitches like moving object stop moving of their own accord.Interesting but needs polish.

Loads and loads of loading. A loading screen, then an "Initializing" screen, then character creation, then a "So it begins" loading screen, then the ability to move, a cutscene, and, you guessed it, another loading screen.
