Having a game where you aim with the mouse in an upwards arc and then having the character be right near the top is a really bad idea.

why is my bullet bouncing up and down??? two thing 1. i have a bazooka it should be rockets 2. it shouldnt be bullets

I quite enjoyed it. A nice spin on this kind of shooting game, and personally some of the "did you know" gags slayed me. A bit on the easy side, but nonetheless a very good game.

If I ever saw someone who wasn't wearing a tophat I would most likely punch them in the face. However I end up losing a lot of friends that way.

Some harder levels, player-designed levels, aim-assist optional, and this could be a fantastic game. As it stands, it's a little bit style over substance. A fantastic idea, funny and pulled off quite well, but with a little more work I reckon it could improve a lot. 3/5 for now, due to gameplay not being up there.
