Not bad but I would consider scaling some of the upgrades rather than keeping them purely linear. Also its completely pointless to manually increase progress balancing the manual input a bit would go a long way.

Even while playing another idle game I lost interest in this one, it goes really slow. The other idle game I started shortly after this one, i have gone pretty far in while in this one I am still at 2 employees and trying to get PHP.

How about a "Buy Max" or "Buy 100" button for employees. It's tiring clicking 1000 times to buy a bunch of programmers...

this... is the slowest idle game.... ever.... after you buy a new business or whatever, your amount of employees go up but their speed dramatically decreases.....

There should be an upgrade to make your manual coding faster. It would be a nice update I think, I mean, being idle shouldn't give 100 times more money than doing it manually

So, my recommendation is some kind of upgrade for the multiplier. Make the multiplier go up faster, make the multiplier go up HIGHER, maybe an upgrade that keeps the mutiplier at a certain level (x2 base, upgrade to a x4 base, etc) I recommend this simply so that I don't develop Carpal Tunnel Syndrome just to work up to and maintain a x10 combo. Oh and some new occupations just to keep the game going, maybe make up more languages, as well as employees(eventually be able to employ brains in jars or something ridiculous.)
The game, like most games on Kongregate uses shared objects to save data, these shared objects are saved on to your computer so if your account resets sadly their is nothing i can do about it :(
However please first make sure it has actually reset your account by making sure you are using the same computer and playing on the same site as when you previously played the game.
Sometimes browsers and software clear the shared objects which is why this may have been caused, sorry for the inconvenience, a new way to save data is about to added so this should not happen again.

Employees who are hired for a one time cost, work all day, never leave your business voluntarily, and don't get salary for the work. -- in my interpretation called slaves. :)
