*Why put pumpkins and wheat on the ground, we can't merge them, only pick them up. They should just auto-collect.
*If it's always free to skip <30 sec timers, just lower all timers by 30 sec.
*The prompt for coin pickup makes it look like you have to pay coins to collected them.
*Fancy animations of paper unrolling, but they take too long.

On top of all the reasons why this game is awful, you shouldn't use automated translations without anyone proofreading them. For instance, "Open" can be a verb (as in "open this chest!"), but in my language it's translated as an adjective (as in "this chest is open").
Also, "sawing" is an Italian slang for m4sturbation, so you probably don't want one of your main characters bragging all the time about how good he is with a saw.

I built half a building and now I don't know how to proceed. My guess is I played for 2 minutes and now have to wait 3 hours before playing another 10 seconds... This is for a BOTD too.

The game, if we can call a game, speeds the player through the first 5-6 player levels really fast, and then cuts the legs out from under them and reduces their ability to do anything to a crawl unless they spend money to buy kreds to buy gems so they can buy more energy just to play the game for more than 3-5 minutes at a time. This really isn't a game, it's just a way for the devs to efficiently separate the player from their money and nothing more and is one of the more egregious examples of a predatory micro-transaction app that masquerades as a game.
As others have noted, unless you spend money on the game it will take 1-3 days to get to level 8 depending on how often you check back on the game, so if you didn't start before Wednesday you probably won't get the badge in time.

Well I just got the botd badge, it took me 2 days... very much recommend getting and saving the liquid rainbow, I used it on 2 Honey Hammers to unlock Grizzly Bearington and get to level 8

While the complaints from the posts worried me, I'm at level 7 after about 3 hours. Its a grind, but not really as hard as some make it.

Totally unbalanced badges seem to be becoming the norm on Kong- it's a real pity - easy badges that take days of game play, medium and hard badges that you get in the process of trying to get the easy badge - honestly, who makes these badging decisions? Do they ever actually play these games?

The Easy badge is...well, quite easy? Just need to amass a bunch of single wood logs together (click and drag to arrange them next to each other WITHOUT merging them); once there's 17+ logs adjacent, merge for the badge.

So I FINALLY made it to level 8. I started shortly after midnight last night Kongregate time and finished about 12:45am Kongregate time tonight, ie. about 24.5 HOURS to complete this so-called "easy" badge. With about 8 hours for sleep and getting ready in the morning, that's still over 16 HOURS to get this thing. Needless to say, I WON'T be going for the Impossible badge on this one. Kongregate badgers, get bent.

The game is quite bad itself with an energy system. In addition, the "easy" badge "Reach Level 8" takes much much more time than it should. I should be "Reach Level 5" at most but not 8 which takes ages to get for new players.

Once again, the current badges at Kongregate prove that they don't game. I've been playing this game for about 14 Hours+ now and I'm STILL not at level 8! Screw this "easy" badge crap. Given the time it takes, this one should be ranked as "Hard" and barred from being BOTD in the future. I pity the poor sods who don't have this badge yet and don't even bother playing the game until badge day because it's "easy". At least it has nice relaxing music or I'd be finding this really stressful right about now.

Day 2. I'm almost to level 8. Three minutes after opening the game the king pops up on my screen to ask for 10 kreds. EVERY TIME. I complete the final stage house. A merchant drops in by zeppelin to sell me a third house for real money gems, standing on my hard-earned tile. I cannot find solace -- the merchants assail my fledgling kingdom. They are around every corner, hiding inside every shrub. I hear a knock at the door--!

Another easy badge that takes more time to complete than the impossible badge of that game several weeks ago that was BotD too. I've been several hours waiting for energy to refill to complete more tasks, even got the first energy refill with those in-game coins, and I'm still only beginning level 7, which requires 2500 "crowns" or whatever that experience points icon is ^^ Awesome.

Ah yes, don't you just love it when Kong makes a daily badge that is LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE to get in a single day (without buying some sort of premium currency), because the game is riddled with bullshit mobile cooldown timers? So very thoughtful of them.

Going for the daily badge, on level 6 and I've run out of energy and my game has been interrupted maybe a dozen times to introduce me to items costing gems that cost real money or whole areas that cost real money and just sit there taking up locked off space on the board. Fun!

3207 you will start slowly, so slowly it seems painful. Keys are sparse - make sure you are collecting your freebies for chests to merge and just farm what you can where you can. Each bug you click will drop a single crop and that is how you start. Eventually your gonna have farms that reach up to 50+ crops at once. I bank my max crop bags till I have about 20 now then crank out a big farm. trust me - in a couple months your gonna be sitting on 50k+ keys at a time.

I really wish Dragonia was the travel book adventure the devs would make a permanent adventure, and not Zoovillage. Zoovillage is so uneventful and the Leaves of Glory event in Dragonia is quite possibly the most fun and rewarding event in the entire game.

Whoever did the translation for German: it is not always the first choice in a dictionary fitting the meaning! eg "Aussicht!" translates into English as "View!" like in view from a room or a hill, but not as "Look!". You should use "Schau mal!" or "Sieh nur!".
Another one: Translating Foundation as Stiftung means you have a (mostly) social organization to raise money for something. Better use Grundgerüst.
And those are just two of the multiple annoying mistakes.

Is there any advantage to leaving a area unlocked via keys? I'm already getting the chests for the area so I might as well unlock it and burn it down to use for space. Waiting for my next energy event to pop all my chests again. Almost 70 rn. And even though plant bags don't give a ton of energy I have been waiting on them too.

Hi. It looks like there is a bug in the game.
I'm not completely sure how to trigger it. I moved a single item in many empty squares (I did not exchange item places, I moved it to successive squares). Quickly after having moved it, I switched to the other kingdom.
Then I came back.
My single item was duplicated in all the squares I moved it.
Well, now I have many magical potions...

I said it before and I am saying it again now: That pop-up guy saying "OI! You get 2 for merging 5" sucks. I am merging a pile of over 30 coins and every time I move a coin over the big lot of them it pops up blocking my view of where I can safely drop one at. This is ABSOLUTELY the most annoying thing for me in the game. If it was accurate: Your merging 17 so you get 8 or Your merging 55 so you get 26 that would be forgivable but this is not the case. Bloody annoying!

Okay so this update has been a long time coming I feel like the Dev left us stranded for a bit. I'm cool with that. At this point I don't even know if I will touch the event islands - I already have more than enough to fill my time each day with my primary island. It is nice to see a update but that brings me to the issues I am having now. I like to see the amount I'd get from merging pop-up but not when it will not go away without refreshing the page. (or is it supposed to sit on screen blocking the game area for over 45-60 seconds? maybe if I wait longer next time lol)

A fun game hidden behind too many paywalls. I'll also say, the game hits you with way too many tutorials early on so I feel like I'm being absolutely sandbagged with information.
Good news is if you're patient, all the currency you can buy with real money can also be acquired in-game, but once you run out of energy things grind to a screeching halt. 7/10.

Can sell a plank for 1 gold, a double hut which needs 27 planks for 8 gold.
Amazing logic from a shit tier dev that only cares about milking it's players just like with every other game they shit out every month that works the exact same way.
