It doesn't seem to be a problem of loading time, it seems to be that loading just gets stuck sometimes. I sometimes load in 10 seconds but sometimes don't load for 5 minutes straight, even though the wheel is spinning.

I lost the connection exidently,and I had to take mission all over again,game dont save progress...pls it would be nice to have continue mission option.

When I try to play then it says that it can't connect to the server I've tried multiple times to play...

You also need to sort out the racism with company name (mercenary company) people are using racist names for the (mercenerys name) name of the player.
Unfortunately we cannot prevent people from using racist and stupid names automatically. We do have a blacklist, but it is impossible to prevent all. If people notice these names, please notify us or Kongregate

This game is very good but the one main problem is that there is no save ; there is no tutorial to help or bennefit players ; this could boost people's interest in the game if you did a nice and easy tutorial to get players into the flow of things.

Типичное Free To Play. Это тупик для игрока, только игрок это замечает когда начинает с стабильными платежниками играть, которые платят по 20-100$ в месяц. Оружие игрока который не платит выбивает 100%, тот кто платит 210% (140% оружие за золото * 150% патроны за золото = 210%). Так же обстоят дела и с броней и общая разница превышает 300-400% между теми кто платить и не платит. Так что готовьте деньги игроки!

This game is great, but sometimes during the pve match this game crashed and I lost all what I do. I think that should be added saving the game during missions pve. Sorry for my english. ;)

This is a great game :) - And as for loading times: They are fine, just the initial loading time is a little harsh ;-)

I wanted to start a new character, but when I click "logout", and then in the dialog again 'logout", nothing happens...
very frustrating...
We had to disable logout, as it does not work with the Kongregate framework, sorry.
However there is no way to create a new character at the moment. You can reskill your character (apart from the basic points), but you can always hire more mercs for your team to round it off.

My God, I had to wait one or two minutes to get gameplay for a couple of hours. Thats soooo unfair. I have literally wasted a whole 2 minutes of my time.

See, this is a prime example of how graphics and insistence on 3D makes things worse. I would MUCH rather take even halved load times for 2d, simpler graphics.

In the middle of the game I hover my mouse over My Merc, barrel, Enemy, etc. then I se that the game screen has been split into 6 parts. Diamonds shaped, and in everyone of those diamonds s a split image of my screen. For every 3 diamond there is an oppisite one that has the same image but is upside-down. Please fix!

Sound bug where there's sound from this game even when I don't play?
I doubt anyone else has it. Now there's two sound tracks at the same time...
