I played Swords and Potions a lot. I'm rather enjoying this as well. However, I'm putting it at 3/5 stars for now. I cannot understand why they make you use gems for upgrading. I don't mind grinding for the gold as a secondary option, but please make it an option. If I want to spend money on something like this, sell me the full game in steam or something.
Gems are not required for upgrading anything. Everything (furniture, slots, shop, city) can be upgraded using gold. Gems is just a secondary option available for players who want to accelerate their growth.
We will also be adding more ways to earn free gems in game, so I hope that we can turn your rating into a 5-stars!

I believe Net Worth currently is bugged to show Revenue instead. Which means if I sell & buy the same item for the same price an infinite amount of times my net worth will be infinite, while as it should be revenue minus expense.
The penalty is imposed to prevent players from abusing trade slots as inventory storage. As long as the item(s) have either been listed for 4 hours or at least one unit has sold in the stack, the penalty will be avoided.

As many people have talked about the forced repair button, Another problem is the inability to re-equip items right from that screen if you have extras. This would be also an amazing feature as you don't later have to look for the person who broke their item.
We will be adding better warning messages for penalties such as this. Please note that you can remove items without penalty after it has been listed for 4 hours on trade.

somehow after level 10 the customers come rather slowly.. it's super annoying since you are suck with a lot of produced goods you can't sell fast enough so it just piles up...
Did you refuse some customers? While leveling up does slightly reduce the customer visit rate, it should not be significant to the point of being visible to players.

Just how bad are my employees' crafting skill? The customer come back to get a replacement every 5 mins. Oh well, i do get all the gold in the end.

I like the game and the feel. My only gripe is the breakage % rate. They aren't accurate. I have items that are 3-5%, which is about 20-33 quests before they should break, even if the hero levels up, that's somewhere in the vicinity of 15-20 quests before breakage. However something seems to break every single quest. I get sometimes bad luck plays a factor, but 9/10 times, something breaks. It's not a gold issue, its a "now I gotta go into the trade house, get a new piece of equipment, refit my hero, and pray it doesn't immediately break the next time."
Please make the the % accurate, one way or another.
Note that break % is calculated independently per item. So, if you have 5 items equipped each with a 5% break chance, the total chance of one item being broken in the set is higher than 5%.
Update: with the most recent patch, we've significantly decreased break % all around for your enjoyment.

overall idea is great,but interface is like 1/10,you need to do tons of useless clicks for almost every in game menu,totally unplayble on pc.
We agree, UI is fairly sub-par at the moment. Rest assured knowing that our team is aware and will be doing a complete overhaul on this to improve UX in game in the coming updates!

Very interesting game! I like that I progress at least at least a little no matter what I do. And at least it's not overly pushing gems, which could be expected from a free game.
I have some suggestions. I'd like to be able to give my heroes new equipment right after declining to repair them. Right now I have to decline repairing, validate the quest, go into the heroes menu, find them and give them new equipment.
Second, I would definitely see more interaction between players in a same town. For example exchanging hero equipment, or visiting a friend's shop and helping out with their crafts. Or maybe gigantic quests that require several heroes from different players to complete?
All great feedback. On the point of the repairing interface, it will be changed entirely with the coming updates. On the note of social features, already planned and will be implementing a series of them in the near future!

250 gems for one more worker? damn.. it would be nice to have it depend on your store size though... obviously lots of workers can't fit in a small shop, but it seems the 250gem pricetag is a tad high...

To all of you who say it's a S&P2 clone, your right it is, but it's made by one of the people who created S&P2 so of course it'll be very similar to the game. I just hope that this developer decides to pay more attention to the comments and not to his greed...

When you're buying an equipment through trade for your hero, the list of items should automatically scroll to the item with the same/similar level as the hero. It gets tedious to scroll through like 100 items in order to get to something that I can actually afford/want to buy.

I got kicked from a city while I wasn't playing, and when I logged back in it forced me to form a new city of my own which then started the 24 hour countdown again. Probably shouldn't do that imo
