Nice game. Recommendation: A collect all button that would collect all completed merchandise that has been crafted would be nice, especially after getting to higher levels and opening up multiple craft spots.

Please never put chests in your game as a monetization mechanic. I'm sorry, but that's an immediate lowest rating from me. Chests in games have always represented rewards, not costs. This is the same reason I quit the dungeon crawler mmo popular here, Kings Road, before giving it a chance.
Hi there, thanks for the feedback. Did you know you can earn the chest blueprints by saving blueprint fragments from the Daily Objective, roulette, etc. and trading them in with the Inn Keeper?

I'm really enjoying this game, albeit there should be information available to answer peoples' questions (many of the Wiki pages are just left blank, for example). I wish were at least a couple of avatar accessories that I could choose from. But still enjoying the game.
Check out the player created spreadsheet! bit.ly/shopheroes There's tons of information there! Also, we may add basic avatar customizations to prizing in the future.

Great game and update of Swords and Potions! So many better features, that said one thing still bugs me. Your customers always ask for things out of stock, is there any way a future update could make it so customers only ask for what is in stock?

I left a message via "Contact Us" this morning about a issue i was having, not a hour later my problem was resolved. The staff you have in for that job is pretty swift.

I've implemented the policy of "You break it, I won't replace it". The breaking mechanic is overpowered and it's killing my mechanics and build times trying to keep everyone geared. It's going to be a while before I can get the gear I need to get the Catacombs started, at least until this gets fixed and I'm not going to waste thousands of gold arming my team just for them to break it all after one mission, y'know? Enjoy the game, but please fix this.

Seriously, do something about this breaking mechanics, it starts to get really annoying, the percentage shown is absolutely NOT correct, but what matters more is that things break WAY to easy, what kind of crap are my shop producing anyway?!?

Am I the only one who keeps throwing the Rogue out of the store because she won't accept a compliment? Maybe I am, but that just annoys me. I'm giving you a compliment! Shut up and give me my hearts!
Some customers are more prone to accepting or rejecting compliments. They all have their unique personalities. She's just a little ray of sunshine, isn't she? ;)

Just wanna redact and rectify my last statement about multiple companions in a quest: There ARE benefits to it, however, the gem-exclusivity for receiving multiple loot is still senseless and silly.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I personally would be farrr more inclined to purchase gems if they were used EXCLUSIVELY for, say, cosmetic and speed-up purposes only or something, ya know. I mean like, you could keep it as it is, but at least add the option (even if it's expensive af) to access these BASICCC things without the need for gems like come onnnn it makes no sense. Love the game though srsly, but just...damnnn this gem shit oi it's getting ridiculous. BUT LOVE YOUR WORK YEAH I'M NOT MAD I'M JUST FRUSTRATED AT SEEING THIS ALL THE TIME IN GAMES THAT ARE GENUINELY GOOOD m done now c:::

I just feel like if you're gonna do micro-transactions, do 'em smart ya know, don't just shove 'em in our faces at every corner possible :lllllll It's a tired, fragile system and it just frustrates your players (I mean, I don't speak for everyone, but I feel like most people would agree ya feel) instead of making them save up or, yeah, pay for the gems because they're being used exclusively and sensibly, NOT for frivolous, rudimentary means such as these basic gameplay aspects as aforementioned here and in previous comments. Like, have your gems yeah, but when you use them for things like this they just feel like they have no premium, GEM-LIKE value. (CONTINUED in next comment :D...)

OH COME ON GUYS WITH THE GEMS WHY DO I HAVE TO SPEND GEMS JUST TO RECEIVE THE LOOT OF BOTH PARTY MEMBERS IN A QUEST. This bombardment of gem-pandering is putting me off what IS a great game, real talk. Like I really enjoy this game yeah, but by not being able to do something as basic as receiving the loot from both party members (what's the point in sending two at once otherwise apart from the extra manpower...which you don't need anyway if they're geared adequately???) because I wanna be spending my gems on gem-exclusive items (like avatar cosmetics) seems both asinine and obnoxious. (Continued in next comment...)

Why can't I repair items with resources or at least coins? Gems only to repair broken items...whaaaat?? That aside, would love to see some more sorting options for the Trade House, like highest-lowest coin/gem prices and vice versa for example c:

The mouse pointer is not accurate, the click is actually done on the center of the arrow instead of the edge. This is not convenient, especially when customers come at the center of the shop and your shop owner is at the same place.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Gems to open quest chests feels quite off-putting considering the amount of items that are gem-exclusive as it is (all cosmetic avatar items, for example). Would be nice to just be able to open them as a bonus from the quest to be honest; if you starve the player for gems at every turn, they'll just get tired and leave. However, really enjoying the game so far nonetheless :)
Hi there, did you know you can open chest using keys? You can earn keys through questing, roulette, and (soon) special orders. We may add some of the basic avatar items to prizing on items such as the roulette in the future.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Item breaking is really a thorn in the side. I barely want to equip my heroes because even if I send 2 heroes on a mission with an A score they will most likely both break 2 items somehow..... what on earth?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I hate how you rigged the roulette wheel to give you the lowest out of the three coin rewards three times out of five. This is a despicable tactic to use as a game designer. At least the S&P2 daily spin was fair.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Uh... well. The game neither is "brand new", nor "original" - it's basically a 100% copy of "Swords and Potions" (Ore are those the same devs?) with even more pay2progress content. That said: That kind of "free2play" concept is appalling and wrong on so many levels. I love these kinds of sim-games for both the unique idea and the creative aspects and all and I really wanted to throw in some money for a well balanced and fun experience, but this is just... no, thanks. But kudos to the visual artists, the game does at least look very nice and I really like the characterdesign.

omg ... get rid of that disconnection issue .... im away just for a couple of minutes, come back and im disconnected ... WHY?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Extremely addicting. Love the fact that you guys continually listen to feedback and implement the good ideas. Definitely deserves the spot it has on the site!

High level hero's should not break items on low level dungeons. I had a level 12 hero break two items in the sewers! How about something like: if your hero's power is 2x the recommended power of the dungeon, then there should be no chance to break anything? Great game otherwise, but item breaking is a little extreme.

@hello if your request an item at 500$ and 500 is the highest, then it will already display your request. Offers are the opposite. Lowest first for offers, highest first for requests.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Hey devs, I think for the request page of the market section you should list the highest price first instead of the lowest. Because as sellers, we want to sell to the highest bidder not the lowest.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The continuing issue tends to be repair items. I think the solution to this is being able to open the trading post, right to the category of a broken item, right from the repair screen.

I used to be able to play this game. Now it never gets past the loading screen before it tells me I've been logged out from being idle to long. =( was a fun game, but now I guess I'm done with it.

i think it would be nice to have diferent favorite bar, for example, one favorite bar to the items we craft that dont need precraft and another for the items that uses, so i could search faster for them when i use the permanent precraft slot, or to favorite in another favorite bar the precrafts needed for the actual items

this sucks so much. the point of coming to chrome is cuase im having trouble with firefox. now i cant play on chrome and firefox stop responding without some other window up and running...so annoying
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@1corn2 Dont worry, your customers will stay indefenitly in the shop, so if you are out of stock, you'll only get customers till your shop has reached his customers capacity and you can craft in peace
