Hi there, we recommend playing over a Wi-Fi connection to help with data. Have you tried to reinstall the game for a clean install to see if that helps?

Currently, there is a display error indicating that there are rewards to retrieve, even though there are none. This is due to the changes that were recently made to the feature. It should resolve itself as soon as the this week's City Raid begins.

Under rating threshold (show) i hate this i realy hate it this gonna make me quit the game why you guys dont let the systeme of quests in inn like it was before if the heroes dont meet the requirements of strenght the systeme dont let us ,but is my decision to make it not the systeme all my strongs heroes are in rest for 2h and all the others is not strong enough and i just want to finish the daily quest for bluefragement but again they wont let me do it so plz plz in the next patch make it as before

Under rating threshold (show) i think you should make us either able to determine the number of times the heroes do the quest while we are offline or rise the difficulty of the missions so we get more loot like if you raise the sewers difficulty from 100 to 1000 it gives us like 2 or 3 times the loot

Shop Heroes is more of a strategical game resulting in more challenges which for some player, enjoy very much and it's unfortunate to know that our game won't satisfy everyone. We work hard every day to improve any areas that we may be overlooking so we welcome any suggestions to better your experience! Under rating threshold (show) Good game, but I miss the 'nighttime' phase, which meant that a) you could move away from the screen and do other things and b) since you had to buy resources there was actually any challenge.

Under rating threshold (show) heroes shouldn't break items if they "raw power", without clothes, is enough for the mision... is exhausting having to take out they're clothes and using a lot of inventory space every time I want to go to the sewers or so...

If you recently leveled your hero, a 0% may not be 0% break chance any longer. It shouldn't break if there is a 0% break chance.

Under rating threshold (show) I have a suggestion, can you make it that if hero wants to buy something I already crated, make it some other color like green or something. Just like you have yellow color if someone wants to sell something to you and white, if someone wants to buy from you.

Under rating threshold (show) First of all, great game! Can't remember when I've seen here one without aggresive sales yet great quality game. 2 tiny details that imho could do well are: 1. Percentage chance of item being destroyed during questing seems a bit inaccurate. Items seems to break too often considering what percents suggests. (Or I'm that unlucky! :)) 2. Would love to see an option to chose the discount ratio (with energy bonus scaling to it accordingly of course). Nevertheless. Keep up the great work! 5 stars from me.

Thanks for the feedback! The break percentage is currently accurate. Each item has it's own break chance, which can sometimes lead to confusion or a streak of bad luck. When a weapon breaks, the next quests boots, the next gloves, it can seem like items are breaking more often, but each item is on it's own chance. Additionally, with breaks being random, it can lead to a streak of bad luck with items breaking in succession. The discount ratio is an interesting suggestion. We'll send it over to the team.

Under rating threshold (show) If I had to make one complaint about this game, it's how hard it is to keep stock (at least, early on; I'm not sure how it is at later levels.) especially when you need an item to make another item, such as a Knife to make a Dirk.

Under rating threshold (show) It would be cool if there was a prerequisite system, where if someone wanted a dirk you could just click on a dirk and it would make the knife in the taskbar and then the item would change into the dirk with a new timer instead of having to collect the knife and then go back and select the dirk

Hi there, each item receives a roll after a quest. Meaning, weapon is rolled; then armor; then gauntlets/gloves; and so on. This can often make it feel like break chances are higher than listed. Additionally, since each roll is taken as an individual instance this can sometimes lead to bad luck. Thank you for you feedback.
