There needs to be an auto equip button for quest equipment BADLY. It's tiring and tedious to un-equip and re-equip equipment every time you think you have something better.

Would be nice if we could save Team Setups and/or have the option to send out the same party again after the quest is complete. Also doing a "naked run" would be a nice addition (meaning that they do this one quest without any equipment without actually un-equipping it). Oh, and automatically declining citiy invitations would be great. Some asshole already tried to invite me twice although I'm in an active city already (not to mention that it's actually much higher anyway, lol). And my last suggestion would be private messages, because we really need the ability to talk to a specific person ingame (and later maybe group chats, too). I would also suggest in-city trading, but I read that you are already planning to do that in the future anyway.
That's a cool suggestion. We don't have any of this planned at the moment, but will send this over to the team for future consideration. A few of these items have been discussed a few times.
WebGL is still an experimental technology by Unity and you will experience this crash on this version. The only workaround for this is to refresh your page.
You can always try playing on a different Internet browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Opera. Chrome will always use WebGL. If any of this Internet browser loads up WebGL, then that means you'll need to install Unity as it will use WebGL as an alternative if Unity is not installed.
If you already have both Firefox or the other Internet browser recommended and Unity Web Player installed, try the following:

Whenever I try to load the game... it always freezes the browser. I really want play it... but how can I play if the game stuck on loading screen and freeze the goddamn browser. I already tried to change to firefox (previous was google) but.. it always the same result. Failed. Failed. Failed. I'm tired.. I guess I will just play other games.. There should be warnings that partially completing a special order causes you to lose out on the second and third rewards PERMANENTLY. Either that or allow the person to come back for us to fully complete the orders. Usually the third reward are keys, and I have already tens of millions before reading the wiki and realizing my mistake.

hmm latelly im getting stuck on the loading screen, right before the "v1.0.91007". Everything loads in a second but it takes me a couple refresh to make it get through that without freezing. Any idea why?

When you sell something to someone in your shop, it should have a tab on the side showing you how many of this item in your inventory.

I am not sure if the people here are subjected to confirmation bias with regards to the breaking chance. I did the calculation and the chances were alright. If you equip each hero with an item of 1.5% on every slot, and send 4 of such heroes on a quest without any of the heroes leveling and changing the chances, the chances that at least 1 item breaks is 34%. That is just for ONE quest. Do that for 10 quests and the the chance that at least one item breaks goes up to 99%. In fact for 10 quests with the variables above, the expected number of items breaking is 4.2. So out of so many people here there will definitely be some people much more unlucky than others. Anyway this expected value scales, so if you have all your items at 3% then the expected value is 8.4.

@grecoan, do not use gems to repair items. If you spend them on buying crafting slots in the later levels they are worth 250k each. So unless your weapon is worth 20 million you are throwing away the money.

the constantly broken items, just ruins the game for me. 0.9% break chance put him on the 5 minute quest just to grab some first level components, lose item or spend 70 gems to fix it...
Our percentage is placed at a firm setting and each result depends on each quest. Break percentage changes every time your hero levels up and setting a hero with a skill that reduces the break chance can help.

Iam a bit annoyed by the "pop up" of exceptional crafts... when you craft a ton of precraft items and you need to click "ok" 50% of the time it takes a lot of time...

@lupus yes, the breaking chanse its really high despite what it says. To avoid breaking items you should seek for specific skills of your heroes. Just make sure every party you send have one of those skills and you wont lose items at that rate. You will still break one or two items per day, it all depends on how you organize the teams.

I'm fed up of the breaking items. what the goddam hell are the real percentages because 3% seems more like 30%. Every single time there is always some loser hero that has a broken item and it's pissing me off. fix this shit

The whole point of showing the % is to inform the player and make decisions accordingly as to what item a character should equip during a given level. As it stands, we would be better off seeing something like 'none', 'low', 'medium' and 'high' chance to break.. instead of having a useless display of 0.8% chance to break when multiple variables in the mechanics will make it more likely to break than what is listed in the item info. Like I said before, I don't mind how the current break mechanics work.. I just have a problem with how the % chance to break listed on the item isn't an accurate representation of what actually happens.

A small tip to all on using hearts to earn money fastest: After selling a few items have a rough feel of the price range at your current level that most items sell at. Decide on the range (for eg 1000 to 2000) such that: Things priced below range> Always discount only, do not bargain or surcharge. Things price within range> Always buy or sell at the price you see. Things price above range> Always surcharge only. This to get the most worth out of your hearts. You can definitely calculate exactly how much each heart is worth from each transaction, but that takes time, and time IS money.

I think when you upgrade your shop instead of only getting 3 added spots that you should also sometimes get an added ability to upgrade more than one thing at a time in your shop.
Also, a city vault or share/trade ability in your city would be nice too.

i love this game and it'll be the first and probably only game i spend kreds on after being here on kong for 6 years. the only problem i have with shop heroes is that the items i equip on people for quests break way too easily. items between 0.8 and 5% chance of break.. seems more like 20-50% chance or something. i play this every day.. i'm not basing it off of 5 tries. more like hundreds and hundreds of quests. the way it seems to be set up is to make you think the chance is really low, but eats up your gems instead. almost every item i've crafted to under 1% chance of fail has broken. i don't mind that they break often, but i do mind that the % chance of fail listed on an item doesn't accurately represent how often it will break

@lootens You can have more items by upgrading a storage furniture, the more/higher lvl, the more items you can have (it also affects the max amount of quests items you can have). The amount of furniture its ok, if you upgrade those, they will take more room so you wouldn't be able to place em all (trust me, i have no room for all what i have). If you're running low on materials then you need to upgrade their proper building, that will speed up the gathering, there's nothing "expensive" when you need it.

i like this game, only play it for two days and im on lvl 12 already, i thnk the max ammount of items should be higher and also the amunt of furniture ou can place is a bit low, after the firs 3 upgrades of shop make it that it goes up by 3 instead of 2and by lvl 10 shop with 4 or something, otherwise your shop is pretty big, but with a high amount of open space, also can ake that u can easely swap the quest gear to the arena gear and back? only if your heros arent on quests of course, also i think that some items might be a little bit to expensive in materials and that it shoud be easier to find friends or join a city, anyway great game 7.5/10 until you can update some more, if u can do all this it will be certainly a 9/10

I just keep losing all the rare equipment ican't craft, on missions, no matter how low its probability of breaking may be. And not enough gems to repair them. I am starting to wonder if its made that way to discourage players from starting missions n just keep concentrating on shop.

There NEEDS To Be A Create Button When Looking At A Customer So That You Don't Have To Go To The Create Menu Every time Someone Wants Something You Don't Have. The Button Would Actually Be Split In Half Half The Button Says "From Trade" The Other Half Says "Create Item" And Once You Press "Create Item" It Will AUtomatically Assign A Worker To Create That Item.

@Bazil70 you can just buy those items, we've bought them. Perhaps you need to raid a little?. If the price seems to high (it certanly is) you can just ask on kongregate chat, that've saved me a couple times.

The benefits to join city is the weekly raids which allows you to gather gems, rare items and advanced recipes if you get good enough.

I've been wondering, what are the benefits of joining a city? I have yet to join one, but I didn't pay attention to the tutorial for it (if there was one). I just want to know if being in a city would change my game experience in any way besides just being there with other people.
Joining in the right city is one of the most important factors of Shop Heroes. The city is almost like joining a guild where you will progress much faster with it. Without a city, progressing will be very slow and difficult. The city will unlock all of the contents such as your heroes, workers, resources, quests, and more. Joining a city will allow you to participate in City Raid that will reward you with items, currency, and much more.

Game isn't loading for me. All I'm getting is the title screen that says to create or sign into a Kongregate account to play... I'm obviously already in an account and I've been playing for a long time, so I don't know why it isn't loading right now...

Sorry, but it's way too grindy for me. I just got the badges, and it took ages of grinding. I know the game offers a lot more than what I saw, but it wasn't my type of game. 1/5 due to excessive grinding needed.
