I've been playing for awhile now great game, other players are very helpful. I only have one complaint...why does the game keep freezing? I can see getting booted from the game maybe once a month but constantly having to reset 4 or 5 times an hour is ridiculous

Fantastic game but a couple of problems.
1. Stated already, the breaking of items, a the chances of an item breaking is way higher than its stated value, either lower the actual chance or raise the break chance shown in the game to the actual breaking chance.
2. First glitch/ problem : Quests cannot be completed, it is stuck at 1 second on screen and when you check it to the speed up screen, the timer goes negative. Although this can be fixed by reloading the game, it is quite annoying.
3. item bins are sometimes not responding, they are stuck at a particular point and the materials cannot be given to me. Although this also can be solved by reloading the game, this is also quite annoying.

i think the thing that bother players this time (including me)is roulette,you rebalance it in october,and we just get gold gold gold gold,and not just me ask every one,so plz do something because you are pushing the long time players out of the game and that ofc a bad thing for you,so plz in this patch let the roulette return to what it was before the rebalance stuff.

i noticed that when i was playing shop heroes on 2015 and lso on the first 3 months of 2016(before i quit)the low lvl items(specialy common ones)only for gold to sell but now each item high or low is for gems and that drag me to crazy i hope you do something about that and ty for those good patches even with the seconday problemes.

This is a cute game. I just started playing and it's a little bit addicting. :)
I'm gunna have to agree with Mussak's comments about items breaking. It'd be nice if the items could be recycled into something useful. Items break constantly, maybe too much, seems to happen with every quest I go on now and it says the chance to break is 3%

There are n number of customers waiting for their required item, when I click trade for a item only that Item details is shown, can we have a window where it shows all the items available based on the customer ordered items

For some reason, it is impossible to click some of the buttons since one needs to click a few cm lower. Thus, it is impossible to leave some of the dialogues. Could be a nice game otherwise.

Not sure if this is an issue my end, but every time I try to load now it asks me to load unity player. I try to accept but the game still wont load any more - using firefox as Chrome was a little temperamental...

Remember to try to equip full set for your heroes. If they have an empty slot in, click and hold on that spot and try to buy it from other players; you will not be able to create everything at the beginning. I figured the buying equip from players is the easiest way. Don't forget to sell items to the trade also (the balance icon).

It would be sick to see a game from you where you can make a hero of sorts, and go do the missions that are in this game as if you're one of the adventurers buying from the shop. I know you have your hands full but it would be nice to see a great game in the hot new sections again because I know you could do it :D

one thing i hate the most is that when you buy the first time a precraft for 250 gems the next times is going to be 500 gems then it will inrease each time you buy it and it really suck i wish if you can at least decrease the amount required for precraft or put it at a stable price of gems.

How about when clicking the buyer and not having the item, have an option to craft it from that page so you don't have to go back and click craft and find the item that you're crafting.

and another cool idea is to add 1 single building that will add 2 more super heroes of ancient age or mythological creatures or gods.

i got an idea about for the next patch if i may suggest it:we have raid per month,what about in the last week of the month you make a SPECIAL RAID and you replace the wooden keys with the leather and the the leather with the iron and the iron with the golden and the golden with the magic,and the same for the chests plus add lvl for items and increase gems amount max is 200 gems.

they are a huge bug in the game :it happen every time when i goto inventory or when i click in heroes,but it happen only when i click to the arrow to move between heroes or items in inventory first i can't click in the arrow then the game sop because of plugin.

i think you should rethink about let the players decide wich items they want to take after a party of heroes come back,it was fine before the patches.

Im getin web gl out of memory error like every 3 min previously i was geting it like every 15 min so i could play but now its every 2-3 min can somebody fix this
Hi there, this is an Unity WebGL error not unique to Shop Heroes. We recommend playing on Unity WebPlayer to avoid this error and other WebGL errors. It would require a Unity update to fix.

recently i cant play the game on my phone. when i open game it gives me new account. when i go accounts and try to connect with kongregate acc, it leads me to some new kongregate app. i can login there with my kongregate nick, but i dont see any option related to shop heroes. and when i leave this app (logged in), game still offers me new account. i checked both facebook and google play accounts work well. then what to do if my account is from kongregate?

for those of you finding a WebGL error, Chrome updated as of 11/14/2016, go to settings (it's in the little 3 buttons upper right side) and go to "About" then download the update (it should say "relaunch") and it'll load up properly.

I've got an idea: what if there was like a bucket or chest or idk what (just something you put items in) and you put ur items in that chest for 50% sale, so the customers walk to that chest, and maybe buy for 50% off. This'll not influence ur energy but it does when you have to give other idea's and it's crazy :)
