It feels like it takes way too much work to do things. The game's not hard but to progress at all there's a whole string of tasks to do between it. Everything has way too many requirements. To have better heroes you need to send them on quests (and hope they don't break anything), get better gear, level up their buildings, level up city hall to unlock those buildings, grind and grind and grind to get enough gold to spend for all of that because at first everything makes too little gold way too slowly and... I don't know. It just feels like there's too many things to do to achieve one thing. There's so many things to keep track of I never really know if all the gold I spend does much of anything.

Firefox blocks the unity player plugin so I can't play this game =( I tried updating the player, but firefox won't let me activate the plugin still

It also feels like it's really hard to advance in the game when there's so many restrictions put on how many items you can have in your shop and how many workers you can use. I like to create a variety of different items, but I have to make an obscene amount of money to afford enough shop upgrades, worker slots, AND investments in the city to get there. Because of this, the game feels very "Pay to Win" despite how fun it can be when it isn't crashing.
Hi there, all core content is designed to unlock with level achievements. Additionally, we've added a number of ways to earn gems for free in-game. A large part of the strategy is figuring out the best methods for investments vs your shop vs upgrades etc. The community is awesome at helping provide great tips to achieve goals faster! :D

It would be really nice if you could trade directly with people... even if it was only limited to people in your town or something. I play with my fiance, and we have a hard time trading items to each other that we can make and afford because the trade market only puts up the best price(s) in offer/request. I understand that having a number of people playing the game means you can't have individual trade posts for a bunch of the same item in the market, but it would be nice if I could make a trade for another item with another active player instead of just for money in the market. Especially with how easily items break in dungeons.

About the tutorial: it's just too much at once. I don't even get a chance to look at the game myself. An option to turn it off for a while would help. Or even just an option to have her remain on the side so that i have to click her if I feel like continuing the tutorial.

The cut&paste response to all of the players complaining about breakage doesn't cut it. 1% out of 100 shouldn't mean that the item breaks after 3 missions. The RNG has to programmed wrong... especially when so many players are having the same problem. Has to be more than coincidence.
Hi there, each individual item does receive their own specific roll. This often times does lead to the misconception that items are breaking more frequently as different item types may break on subsequent quests.

Two useful things for badge hunters. First, you can sell first dungeon reward at the market. Click scales icon on the left and you will be able to sell each item for ~350 gold. This is better than what you would get for mastering the weapon, which requires the reward as component. It is also instant cash. Second, filter your recipes by type - if you view all recipes, scrolling will be annoying and eventually some of the old recipes will get hidden.
Hi, this can happen if you or someone else moves cities. City investments stay with the player and move to the next city. This can cause items to re-lock.

so versing a person i could easily beat costs 600 to find someone else, but someone who could defeat me even if i was 3X stronger i would still lose costs 3000. WTF?!

I would love if we had a way to sort items ( in both the crafting, fusing, etc. interface ) by money cost, number of items owned etc.

The break chance percentages might as well not be displayed... my 1% chance items seem to break more than my higher percentage items. Hell, even the 0% items break.

Really enjoy the /game/ but the servers are a paaain. Spend so much time not actually being able to play the game. Definitely not my internet as everything else works fine and I can see other peope in chat having the same problem.

I had a flawless Mace with 0.9% Chance of breaking. Sent the hero to a dungeon two times and it broke on the second time... According to maths, I should at least be able to do 100 dungeons until the mace breaks. There is a huge problem with item breaking in the game. I keep losing many items even though it says 1-3% chance of breaking.

got my first chest after my first quest. went to the screen to open the chest as it directed, there is an empty area that says click to open and the finger is pointing to a blue bubble that says it costs 100 blue gems. I have clicked all over the screen and nothing happens.

if the game was "cannot connect to the server" then I'd rate it highly. Since the game isn't called "Failure to connect and impossible to play, I can't give it any rating

Considering I'm careful to kit my heroes out with optimal items that claim to have only ~3% chance of breaking, it's remarkable how they nonetheless manage to break something on nearly every quest.
