i had to stick 30 spikes in his chest to kill him,but then i spike him in the head with 1 and he instantly dies!Is this where logic has come to?

ok so this guy can take a single shot to the right portion of his chest and die but he survives his head being completely gone and only his skull being visible?

Apparently if he takes damage in his right chest position, he insta dies. But if it is hit in the center ( where the heart is ) he survives? Does he have some heart placement disorder?
