Bug report, sometimes K'Thriss's ult doesn't work, the screen goes dark, but no tentacles appear and no damage is dealt. It still uses the ability and activates the cooldown, though.

For everyone having evil champs doing 0 damage, Talin basically takes damage away from evil champs and gives it to good ones (can be reversed with a spec choice). Not sure if it was intended to go all the way to 0, or if that is a bug, but that's what's causing it.
Idle Champions isn't a flash game, so it shouldn't need Supernova to run. Can you email a screenshot of the message you're getting when trying to load the game to idlechampions@codenameentertainment.com?

As a D&D nerd, it's really cool to see all these characters, and being able to play as them is a nice touch, too.

How tf do I open a passworded treasure chest? I don't have time to sit here and guess 16 characters just to get pass the tutorial.
The tutorial should be telling you to open the Silver chest from the list on the side of the chest screen. You don't open the locked chest as part of that tutorial. You can find combinations to unlock the locked chest through the community, like the game chat, and on our official reddit (linked in the in-game Main Menu.)

Solution for FF 83 (freeze and glitchy image): check option "Use hardware acceleration when available" in pref. Somehow it was unchecked.

Visual part (canvas) is frozen after DOMException, but based on console.log: GET(loading assets)/POST and spamming warning msg about color the game is working.

The game is getting stuck on the "game starting" screen. Particularly bad considering if any champion dies currently requires a refresh to continue.
The team is looking into this issue. If you could put in a ticket with the names of the Champions that have died that have caused this so far, that would be helpful.

Today the game freezes completly after only a few seconds. Sometimes I can't even progress a single area in that time.

Perhaps you could make it so you type the chest codes. It takes a long time to use the arrows to make the letter/number combination.
If you've clicked to focus on the game, you can type combinations into the wheels. You can also Ctrl+V combinations into the screen if you've copied the it from your email or another source.

Game has started to lag to the point of being unplayable after a half hour. Dev is telling people to submit support tickets instead of fixing problem for everyone.
The support ticket and bug tracker system are the best ways to bring issues with the game to the team's attention. The more reports we get on an issue, the likelier it is to get fixed.
Tickets also save a copy of your formation at the time you make it, so the team can check if it's something possible related to the Champions you were using at the time, or if it's just computer issues or something else.

While playing the current event, my champions keep disappearing from screen (usually when advancing levels). They are still unlocked and functional, but I cannot see them or their stats. They are still clickable and, presumably, movable, but the formation map does not appear when I try to shuffle the champions around, so I cannot confirm if they are actually changing positions.

I am having the same issue as Enderlook. I get to the 50th-level boss (Bailiearyl Tavebent), but the giant spider doesn't show up and her health bar stays purple and there is no way to get past.

Hi, Is there something I can do?
I don't know why my champions don't attack the 50th-level boss (Bailiearyl Tavebent) of the time gate. She has 20 HP (purple health). I'm killing her minions easily so I don't know why she doesn't lose any hit point.
I have tried:
- Going back to some zones and then going forward again.
- Refreshing the game and nothing.
- Clicking on the "complete" adventure (even if I didn't complete it) to start it again.
- Removing my familiars out of the screen.
But none were useful.
Is there anything I can do? Only 1 day left of the time gate and I'm still stuck. Is there someone with the same problem? I only want to get Catti-brie but I can't even finish the first variant.

Developer!! Level 61+ gold balance is off. NPC should be dropping 11e not 10e. upgrade slows almost to a stop at this point.
Do you have multiple Kongregate accounts at all? Or were you playing the game somewhere else? Please put in a support ticket using the support button in the game and the team can take a look.
