Just a 1/5 because not enough levels and no motivation to play again! (If I am not mistaken it just had 7 levels)
Add many more levels and items, do not forget to make it a bit slower so the player can think more and then it may become a good game.

You are dead before you even grap the item... if you ever manage to get them you do not have time to use them. I do not mention the time to search where to use the found items... make it slower or add hotkeys to use them faster!
