Awesome game, needs a 'chievo for level 3. Just a minor niggle, it would be better if trial numbers could appear larger but in a different colour or shade, it kind of throws off your rhythm if you have stare at the smaller numbers, in the end I just threw in the numbers keeping track of my certain numbers.

I wish there was an option to turn off the "hints" at the bottom. Leave it to the player to figure out that 3=2+1 and 5=4+1 or 3+2. Takes a lot of the challenge out of the game, actually it removes (imho) 80% of the calc and turns it into almost a plain old sudoku. Such a shame.

stop1it - I agree that the puzzles are too easy, but any logic/math puzzle can be solved with time. You can enter the numbers into the box just by hovering over it with your mouse and typing the number. You don't even have to click...

I love how people are suggesting all these nice things when they won't change a damn thing because they finished everything they needed and it's just an advertisement for their Conceptis Puzzles. Still a good game, 4/5

Puzzles are too easy, just a matter of time before we solve it. User interface is bad, there is a lag time between the selection of the box and the selection of the number. I'd really prefer if we could just click on the box and press the respective numbers.

Showing the possible combinations for each box makes the whole idea of the mathematical operators pointless. You can just view the combinations and play it like regular sudoku without having to do any math.

fun game, i just wish there was an easier way to know if one box is like "5+2" instead of "2+5" instead of guess and check, but i probably just didn't have a good strategy myself i guess

haha. i hate this game, it is too much maths. i tried it though because i love your other games. though saying that, i have managed to avoid doing any maths (or very little) because it shows you the numbers when you hover. solved by logic :)

+ if you randomly play this by typing in numbers and checking to see of thier right insted of reading the instructions and learning how to play XD

1/5 until you improve the interface, many good suggestions have been voted upwards all the time on the other games, take care of your gamers!

Another conceptis game, another bunch of people getting really upset about having to click twice to get to the next puzzle instead of once.

Giving this game a 3, which is the average of 2 scores: 5 because I like this game and all others that Conceptis produces, and 1 because there is no improvement to the interface (after many, many suggestions by myself and others).

not only is this a ripoff of kenkens, and making a different name for them 'calcudokus' as if you actually came up with this idea; but it's not fun to play... All of the calculations possible come up in the bottom rectangle, meaning that there's really no calculation needed to play the actual game.
@omgitsalex369, use the report missing badge function, or try reloading the game.
2/5 for ripping off a great puzzle, and also for having many of the same problems as your previous games did.

This game is generally called Kenken. There are a couple of sites online that have new Kenken puzzles daily - and harder ones than these (NY Times and kenken.com). If you want a more challenging puzzle (and one that doesn't do the match for you), check out one of these sites.

There is no calcu in calcudoku. On mouse over all posible combinations are listed, you actually can ignore all calculation. It's big help to visualize but also make the game too easy. 3/5

Absolutely love it, do you think you could add like a "No Checking Mode" to the next one? Would love the added challenge!

Fun, as usual, but with some interface issues. Others have already mentioned the lack of a simple "next" button, but I'm also running into an issue with the popup number selector. If you move too quickly between consecutive boxes, the selector often pops up for the previous box, then disappears, since you're nowhere near it. For those who want a mouse-only game, this does get pretty annoying.

@Xotano You never have to guess at these types of puzzles. In the game you mention, you can use the '4 total' rectangle in the bottom right to deduce that the '3 total' rectangle above it must read '2 1'

pretty good game but too many of the level 2 puzzles rely on lucky guesses. like the second one you get a 1 and there is nothing containing a one in either of the possible directions making that 1 a non clue number.

ok, so there is no point to a next button? what about music? something soothing would be the finishing touch to a game like this, with a mute button. No sound is just a bit ridiculous for a game on a computer. However, nice concept- and make a calculus version for lols. 4/5

I would like an option to turn off the possible solutions when you hover over a field.
I think that makes things a little too easy.

Okay, I really like these games. But from now on I'm going to give one less star until we finally get a next puzzle button. It's not about the two seconds it costs me. It's about how often this has been requested and how easy this should be to implement.

People, please stop acting like spoiled opera divas. Alright, a next button would be convenient, but a lack of it does not signify "not caring about people who love and play his games". For god's sake, you have to click either one or two times more, an operation that I can perform in 0.2 seconds, and coupled with moving to mouse should still not take more than a second. Less than a second. That's what you lose, and I do not consider it enough to take a well-deserved point off this excellent puzzle collection. Five marks.

The most difficult part of these games is wading through the terrible guides and working out how to play them. And still no 'next' button.
