Pretty self centered, as a concept, isn't it? Your happiness is literally the only thing that matters, and everyone else exists solely to please you, never forming relationships of their own, and never caring about your various transgressions.

Interesting question: Does forming a strong, close bond with one or two bring more happiness than weak bonds with six?

Note that the happier you are, the faster you spin. Also note that the others stop spinning when you get close to them.

A few little nit-picky issues with the game. Though other squares theoretically don't like to share, I don't see them behaving any differently. Everything just goes in slow motion. Also, is true happiness really felt by having as many partners as possible? Not the best moral.

very good idea,but it can be improved with more variation in blocks
You can make a campaign/challenge with each level using different cubes with special effects.for example ''shy cube'' move slower,''shyer cube'' ran away from other cubes,''jealous cube'' attack other cubes,''angry cube'' attack you if you have someone else,''bad cube'' reduce your multiplayer by 1,''friendly cube'' attract other cubes,just like you do,''best cube forever'' follows you and if you touch it you dont die,but becames a regular one,''hard/easy' cube'' have a increased/lowered range to interact with you,''weak cube'' disappear if you left him alone,''strong cube'' will became a regular cube if you touch him.Just some ideas.

@DrFlubiver
I 5/5 the game as well, I think it's a nice and innovative concept, and pretty well executed.. Just think some of the ideas are a little emo - if you let anyone get 'too' close, you'll be irreparably harmed. Anyway, just a passing comment. I like the game.

I've forgot to mention, staying close to squares resembles giving affection, but what does bumping into them resmble? Trampling them?

Lovely sounds mixed with a challnege. Alos, the comments at the end were quite funny at times. Great game!
By the way... max spinnig speed was 666... :O

@theransomed "Don't stay with the same others out of habit. If it's obvious you would be happier elsewhere, move on right away instead of hoping for a change that won't happen." Not quite as harsh as you put it. nice game 5/5

Simple gameplay, elegant metaphor, great feel, perfect sound. This is a perfect example of a great game! Very nice work! Looking forward to your next project.

Before long, I found myself selectively pursuing certain squares, for the harmonies they produced were appealing and comforting to me. I avoided others because the sound they made did not blend well with my favored group, or grained against me personally. Perfect reflection of real life interactions and this game sucked me into them subliminally.
Some people here could use the reminder: These squares don't have to all represent intimate relationships. They highlight every interaction we have with other human beings. We experience many forms of love, some of them being acceptance and joy experienced through other everyday people. Beautiful game. Easily 5/5.

Hmm. Some of the 'game' tips present advice that is both jaded and naive. Ie, if it looks like you might be happier somewhere else, hit the road ASAP! No sense sticking with what is working for you at this very second.

So you can use love as a tool of suicide.... not sure if thats intended, but that seems kind of weird when I think of it....

I love this game so much, its so calming because of the nice soothing colors and simple gameplay, and when I lose, I get a cute tip that makes me smile :)

This game is the opposite of real life... when we were kids our movement was fast, filled with aspirations, and relationships were sometimes short and meaningless. only in adulthood do we calm down and establish our real connections. in Love the game you start slow but the squares around you begin to move faster. at the end you don't die from getting too close to someone, this is more like a car accident.
