"Hello Worlds!" suffers from this same kind of failure-to-register-input-sometimes for jumping as well. Anyway, some tips I hope help: 1st level - This might be obvious, but stay as far right as you can in the first level, but try to time the jump (and hope it registers) so you jump off of a platform when the music gets faster. Better to sail over new platforms than constantly running into them and keep edging to the left. 2nd level - Stay against the right side. The times I've played, there is nearly always a convenient space the perfect width for you. 3rd level - Jumping WILL put you above the spikes' upward range, so when you see the brimming light, move and jump at the same time, to ensure best chance of not getting hit.

looks like it could be fun, but gotta give 1/5 since the jump button stops working so I can't even beat the first level

easy platforming. poor design for example you could beaat the first level by spamming up and left. second level makes it look like you should climb but you dont need to. third level you can stand still, jump when needles come and beat it easily. boss fight is boring and just wait for him to stay still 3 times. bad game

Movement is super slippery; why does the character have this weird acceleration before he starts running? Jumping is really bad, too.

This game is hard. Not in a fair way, the controls are really unresponsive and the jump key stops working constantly. Could also be more intuitive on the boss; red is usually a colour that means "bad, stop, stay away," and so I did...

are the controls supposed to be that unresponsive? on level 1 I try to jump and the character gets stuck there until it gets killed

On internet explorer I don't know if the game is beatable it crashed on the third level.

I rated this game 1/5 because: The game is not in sync with the BGM at all, playing without sound is far easier than with! And that for a rhythm game..

For anyone using the badge guide from the top comments: The glitch doesn't work anymore, so you have to just jump above the waves, keep in mind the hitbox of them is actually a tiny bit in-front of them, so be careful

Level 1 and 2 should probably have the bottom be to the ground and not just to the guy's legs, and in level 3, the delay in the control sucks so it's unfair sometimes when you fail there.

That game was frustratingly awesome. A side note on JSilvis's tip for FALLING BLOCKS: there are some blocks that can hit you if you are just standing on the right, but if you start to run right when you see them they won't kill you. It didn't work for me when I was already running right; I think it's a timing issue.

Very good! In fact, here's why:
-All of the levels are extremely easy to follow. First stage, walk to the right. Second, avoid the blocks, Tetris'd style. Third, avoid the spikes that come out of the ground. The game isn't easy, though. It takes skill.
-Music is wonderful and fits the game perfectly.
-Final boss design is actually pretty good. Still easy to follow.
If that doesn't make a good game, I don't know what does.

Pros: Good music
Cons: Bad camera angle, Its not that fun to play, on the first stage if you are running while your touching a block you cant jump
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
level 1. stay in front. level 2. stay to the left and avoid being crush. level 3. when you see light stay away from there. boss. dodge until turns red, then jump on head.

Does the first level keep glitching for anyone else and preventing you from jumping at all? It is making it nearly impossible to play if I can only jump half the time..
