Absolutely ridiculous that such a huge website could implement an update that causes the mechanism behind their main draw to crash. Please fix this soon. Most of us care more about badges than blocks

Well I got the score to work at least. Got a game over at level 3 with a total of 2251 points. No badge was awarded. Even though I've already completed this game before and had earned all the badges they weren't registering.
TL;DR Blocks suck, game broken

my kongpanion! i come everyday to this site for the badge and to get a shiny Kongpanion at the end of the Week. 3 Years i didnt miss 1 shiny Kongpanion, now the Badge is broken -.- sad end.

I've made APIs and they never crash like this. If I had a popular website, I'd fix it as fast as possible and I'm a single guy who doesn't even work that long per day if at all. They have a whole team with full time employees. It can't take THAT long to fix, can it?

i guess BOTD will be awarded tomorrow.... btw the game gets easier if you zoom in with your browser to increase the ridiculous map size

I hope they give everyone the BotD eventually. They never gave me the BotD for Friday. I was lucky that I was able to get the BotDs for Saturday and Sunday. I don't know why it worked then and stopped working again.

I hope this gets fixed because A: I want this kongpanion and I already have this game, and B: I recently got this hard badge and it took me SO LONG.

Lol, and not you cannot even report the missing achievement for BoTD. It got disabled I assume, since so many have reported it broken. I want my Kongpanion :(

Cool game. Too bad the badge system is broken. The funny part is, it's ONLY BoTD that seems to be broken. I got the medium badge, but not the easy one.

If this breaks my shiny konpanion streak .... last week if I re-loaded the page enough times it eventually worked, so far Nothing, I have so many blocks, nothing to do with them, and no kongpanion progress

Already got the badge, but it won't recognize so no Kongpanion and replaying doesn't give points to add up. To the point of walking away, it has been 2 weeks of reporting broken badges with the new blocks.

Level counter is working, but not the score. Something tells me that older games that use an earlier API (Kongregate 1.1 for this game in this case) is having trouble submitting scores for block-included badges.

easy game if you know where every country is. The upper levels without the borders does get a little tough to pinpoint places. Especially in central Asia. Would be nice if the badge system was working.

I hate to say it, but I have a feeling that Kongregate is dying. Ever since Emily Greer left as CEO, this whole site has been 1 problem after another, with little done to fix or prevent them.

"The "Report a Missing Badge" button only appears on badges you haven't earned, but the API isn't reaching that point to show it to you. Kongregate did NOT remove it."

I already have this badge and opened the game a few seconds after the new week started, just to see that it doesn't work, it doesn't even show anymore that I already have the badge. Almost 10 hours later it is STILL not working.

@ Gutuater - That number is the total number of badges given since the badge was created, not total number for today. If it were the total number for today, it would be a big ZERO.

Got 1000 points in the game - no badge. Got 1000 points in a single level - still no badge. Reached level 5 - still no badge.

Real cute. It's also impossible to attach an image to the "missing a badge"/etc form for that achievement. Do you think they're getting flooded or something? :o)

What puzzles me is that I noticed that a few awards were given today (currently 298,530) but it is still broken for the immense majority of people
