sometimes click the correct one and it registers as me trying to get rid of it and it takes my life, lost on the last level like that.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The most difficult part about this badge/game is that the puzzle gets small, which strains your eyes pretty bad. I have my frame zoomed in about as much as I can and I am still squinting.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I really like the game but far too often a correct guess registered as a mistake, I lost a couple of levels just because of that.

So, did I miss the "bounty" for this game, or was the "game message" I got not quite correct? I'm posting this at 7:15 Central Standard Time in USA.

Great game but it needs a bit of work. I just had a completely discovered level Only had to click on the last pet and it gave me a WRONG guess... like wtf??? If you don't press EXACTLY at the right spot, it gives you a wrong guess even though it's the right guess and it's the only one remaining... A bit of logic would be great !
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I did hard first and didn't get the achievement... now I'm making a lot of "wrong guesses" because I misclick on remove instead of the pets ... There should be a way to turn off being able to remove items in normal mode!

At first, it was confusing because of the names, but after that, it got pretty fun! Great game, makes you think logically.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
great game expect that i find it hard to find the highlighted item and differentiate the clicked item and not. sometimes the game also registering me as clicking the wrong button even though i clicked the right one. some items also look awfully similar to each other. i played a similar game (forgot the name) before and didn't have any difficulty like this.

I love the old Inspector Parker game from back in the day. I appreciate this game very much, thank you for making it!

It would help if there was an info box to tell you what the clues mean for when you haven't played for a few hours and forgotten what the question mark means.

Great game! I liked this one a lot. It's very clean and well thought out. The mechanics were simple. That's nice for a puzzle game. The point is to think about the logic, not how well you can figure the buttons out.
The only things I would really change are:
When a clue is completed, move it to the end. This keeps active clues condensed. Then players don't have to scroll through pages to find those last applicable clues.
Add some harder difficulties. People who seek out puzzle games like tougher ones. There are casual puzzlers (like myself), and people who just don't understand puzzles and think they do, so the easier levels are good for a much broader player base.
Have a random generation tab with difficulties. They would be named after the difficulty tabs and generate with that rule set. That would allow players to continue after completing the levels.
These aren't necessary, obviously. Your game already has a very high rating. I would just like to see more of it. :)
Good luck!

It seems like a nice game. But, since the game begins to slow down after the 4th level to freeze at the 6th one, I can't know.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Great game, but a there's a bug where even though you've found all the items, some clues won't be fulfilled and the game doesn't progress. This happened on stage 13 for me.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
was it in the tutorial.. that you can scroll the hints?... I was just dumb....
I just found out and now it is really easy... :D

1/5
Absolute hot garbage. None of the puzzles are challenging, or requiring any thinking at all. There's too many hints so you don't even have to bother removing any.
Even with less hints the game would suck. It's about as fun as a word-search. I'm not even sure i'd give it that. because the way the icons are highlighted is done so shittily you can't even tell what you're looking at.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Am I just plain dumb... or are you guys TOO smart for this game... I fail sooo damn much as I proceed.
I only stay in rooms without hints and each room needs two in it and as well there are like 5 in total in this room
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
what the mistake allowance is probably for: guessing.
What all my mistakes actually are: I misread which way around those two pets are, or missed that there are two places on the board that agree with the clue
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The game is too easy. You never need all the clues. And for using them you don't need to use the power of your brain. The easiness make this game very boring. Apart from that, as written by others, the highlighting is not enough.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
found it a little bit annoying that the bigger the puzzle the harder to see what you're doing - smaller icons + more items to select in one room means I could hardly see the difference between selected and not selected... other than that, pretty enjoyable
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Instead of doing this detective minigame thing, why doesn't this so called "pet detective" just go into the rooms to find who's in which room (or the owner could do that, but they're too lazy or can't be bothered to check on their pets so they hire some stupid pet detective to do their bidding).

accidentally failing because of horrendous artstyle that makes my eyes run all across the screen trying to find blending colors of pictures along with background makes you feel like an idiot and the game's actually a cakewalk, a bitter one.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I can't keep this up. There's too many things on the screen that are the same size and look the same, even after I've selected a clue or gotten a few right
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Neat game - I can see it was inspired by Sudoku, but with a pet flavor. Along that same line, I think it'd be even better if wrong guesses didn't matter. The fun is in the solving of the puzzle, not in proving I can figure out puzzles within a certain number of guesses (and Sudoku puzzles that force guesses are less fun anyways)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Cool puzzle concept! Main issues I had were mostly addressed by other comments, specifically the complete clue web and how useless removing items becomes the later you get anyhow. The game also seems to lag a bit on weaker PCs once you're past the first stages.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
This game still appears to be horribly broken. I've had to complete several levels twice or more because the next level either doesn't load or it won't go back to main emnu.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
2/5 for the game itself. Good overall, but needs polish.
3/5 when the UI better differentiates the icons. I don't know how many times I clicked a clue only to figure out there was only one of the two left. And one selected icon in a large group blends in too well, so I forget that I have already chosen one.
4/5 when the clues are more obvious. I end up clicking and unclicking the button to see them flash because the UI is so busy. Greying out the other icons or making the game less colorful in general would make the game much more playable.
Good stuff otherwise.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I went through like 2 or 3 levels not realizing that there was more than 2 clue pages lmao
I just guessed on the majority of the puzzle
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The clues are difficult to focus on. I was flicking back and forth over them so I could actually see them highlighted.
