MAJOR BUG: If you use a continue, some or all of the remaining enemies will not be removed. Combine that with reset cooldowns on everything and it becomes near impossible to do anything.

For those who want to get the ColourPod God Mission, here's how it works: You have to use the same colors you have used from ColorPod1. To be correct, only Orange (shot), Red (heal), Blue (slow), and Purple (nuke) are allowed.

So, coming back to this game because I'd never gotten the Impossible, I learned 2 things: 1) this game is old enough that it contains a link to MySpace. 2) MySpace still exists.

Pixel god: let level 21 boss live and just shoot the balls until you have the 60000 pixels
Game God: you will get it when you finish Red Aura mission
Red Aura: get orange to level 3 and then everything in Red
Green Aura: this one is pretty hard, I suggest to get level 1 blue before going for level 6 green (just for emergency cases)
God Aura: Orange, Cyan (Turrets) & Purple (Nuke), it is also possible with Blue instead Cyan. You can't use Red here... You may NOT COLLECT EVEN 1 SINGLE COLOUR BALL from other colours than the 3 you are using or the mission will fail
ColourPod God: See top comment from MakotoShinobi
Colour God: hardest mission by far! You will need Orange, Blue, Red, Blue, Cyan and Purple on level 3 and Pink (invinciblity) at least on level 2 to survive level 20! Keep 1 "semi-circle" at the end of level 19 and don't progress to level 20 before FULLY HEALING. level 20: nuke, safe, nuke, slow, nuke, turret+laser.

Me today: "Wow, i still have only the easy badge i got in '09, i don't know why..."
5 hours later: You restored 1337 pixels. Yeah even the medium badge is hard enough in this one.

The big circles with three smaller attached circles do 10 damage if they hit you. If you hit it and don't get around to destroying the three remaining circles, each of them does 10 damage to you. Make of this what you will.

Why is this game rated so low? It's a simple game with a simple premise - shoot enemies, collect power-ups. It keeps me going, and I am determined to get the impossible badge.

Correcting my previous comment: you can have infinite in the last three colours for the Colour God mission. I just did it with "Invencible" in infinite level. Someone said that for the Colourpod God achievement, you also can't have orange and red with more level higher than 6 (6 is max level you can have). I don't know if it is true or not, but anyway, it is not hard to finish the game with orange and red 6, plus blue and purple maxed.

At first look, the godly missions seem hard, but they aren't. GOD AURA and especially COLOUR GOD are the hardest but with good combo they are actually easy. For the GOD AURA use orange blue and purple(bomb) and the interesting part is only 20th lvl where u should use bomb first, then try to survive while the bomb is ready again, if u cant, u use slow, after the slow, u try to survive as long as possible without powerups then again use bomb and so on. For the COLOUR GOD its the same, but slow reloads slower, so u have to use invulnarability instead of slow, every time u don't have a bomb. Hope it was helpful

Love the game, i died right after i earned the easy badge. This really gets you active, and it has wonderful graphics as well as he music. I'd give a 4/5 because it is a bit slow in the process of playing, because it takes forever. I don't want to sound rude or anything, but it just consumes so much time. But the badges was a nice touch. ;)

Nice job, good to see something original for once, 4/5. but having the lens stuck behind ya all the time is kind of a pain. maybe have the lens rotate with the arrow keys? (or c/v because of the spacebar)
The controls took some getting used to but after a while was no sweat. maybe have the spacebar warping take place a few levels in, once the gamer is used to lens vs uncolored concept a bit more. I didn't play long enough to see what benefit the laser had but overall nice job there :)

I rather wish that continuing started you with full rather than empty reload bars, since a build that doesn't emphasize orange tends to just die again very quickly. Other than that, it's quite the improvement over the first colourPod game.

There's no point in continuing unless you're sure you can beat the current level with all abilities on cooldown, or you just want to practice your aim. The game puts you at the beginning of that level, and deducts whatever color pod progress you made since reaching that level. This means you can't continue-cheese your way to missions like "get red level 9" and the like.

A few things I noticed and didn't see comments about: * You can apparently achieve missions that you haven't unlocked; I got the hard 9x multiplier done before getting 9 other missions done * Rectangles aren't phasing out completely, but rather flipping back and forth between dimensions; firing once, then immediately warping and firing again will usually kill them easily * Squares seem to always teleport when your gun first faces them, but it's on a cooldown of around 3 seconds, so that's the time to kill them.

trick to each enemy; hexagons- consciousness; triangles- reflexes; X's- aim; rectangles- time-planning skills; squares- fortune telling; pods- high orange bar

arrgg, go to multiplier x9 and was justt about to get x10 when the bloody Norton Antivirus renewal pop up comes on to my screen. why god? why?

Max yellow+blue, alternate. As soon as one runs out at max level the other will be ready to use. Blue is slow enough to win just about any situation with low level shots, maxed yellow ignores the dimension rule and doesn't hurt colors, so it's a powerful board clearer.

The fact that all your skills are on cooldown when you use a continue made me rate this game 2/5 instead of 4/5.
There is almost no way to survive in the later levels unless you have one of your skills ready.
Either remove the continue feature or change it so that you have all skills ready if you use continue.

Gaaaah! I just cannot get Colour God. I dont supposed anyone who has done it can tell me if they have to be 3 or less or 4 or less?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Sigh, just completed the game with maxed Orange, Blue and Purple with no continues, and got neither God Aura for completing it with just 3 colours, nor ColourPod God which I'm sure I've also met the conditions for (Won't spoil it in the comments). Any idea what's happened here anyone?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I might be wrong, but as far as I cna tell there's no way to view the missions without exiting to the main menu. This is, I think, super broken. There should be a way to access the missions to see which ones to accomplish next without completely ending your game.

There's definitely a bug where if you use fully-upgraded slow motion on the final pair of bosses before they fire their "warning shots" they will vanish and the game won't end. (you can use slow motion once they start circling you, however)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
In case you want to survive for a long time, the blue skill on maximum level is mandatory. Without the freeze skill, its just too hard to survive for longer periods of time.

Really good game, but the only thing i hate is the fact that when you lose and click ''continue'', the cooldowns of every power is reset but the enemies NOT. So, it's nearly impossible to do anything after continuing.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I like that the different enemy effects now have shapes to represent them, but I'm not crazy about the rectangles (dimensional) and squares (teleporting). Your title art ruins the whole mood of the game, which was minimalistic with cool background music, but the title art is in-your-face and is derpy as can be; doesn't fit. Please don't advance explanations without us clicking first, for real. I don't know why people think that's okay. Please explain your powers adequately. Still have more of it to play, so maybe more later. I gave some comments to the first game which differ in direction than this sequel, if you're interested.
