''madagascar wiped out by new hazardous disease'' :) ... got the hard badge now, started in argentina again(there is something with argentina, everytime i exterminate the humanity i start here XD), i found it very effectively to use a disease without symptoms at all, the countries started to close things after the whole world get infected, and then i just got some lethality to kill everyone(try to kill them before the vaccine gets developed...)
