3 years later im playing it again and im discovering a glitch at lvl 3... if you give the fields numbers like a computer notepad... first cross at 2 then circle at 5; cross at 9 and then the computer didnt made a turn, and i did a cross at 3, the computer did the rest of its turns like usually and lost... but, if i try it again, it doesnt work...

Well, tic tac toe is a very simple game, there isn't many things you can improve without changing the game's original form. But all kind of possible options that could be there, you made it.
Congrats! The game is great, the only thing you could add would be a nice song. x)

Tic-tac-toe is a very simple principle. If you know the rules and the logical moves, you can never loose. The hard part is this instance of the game would have been to make the AI dumb rather than smart... ;)

found on level 3 that sometimes the AI freezes while thinking and you get two turns in a row, only way I could beat and not tie it

There was a point where I figured out that if you just play the same route over and over again, you can't lose. Flaws on computers side.
