if you refresh the page and start again. The game start from begin (no upgrades bought) but with the Brick Per Second ratio and the xxx% of range gathering from previous game. new upgrade buy will add to BPS, but reset the xxx% range.

after you climb the mountain, there is a flying floor, If remember right and considering Sun as north. Probably a fabulous game is hiding there!

Fun fact: You can reach the top of the mountains by walking along them. You can even escape brick valley for good. Enjoy your free fall through the brick universe.

Overall pretty OK. My only complain is lack of upgrades and the CPU usage if you afk totally... man I got surpised when I took an hour off and came back to not even being able to move.... 7/10 imo

I feel like I'm spamming but another thing: Went idle for a while and came back to lagfest2000. Please avoid setting a max-spawned-bricks cap, but perhaps set a check that if performance gets bad -> set a cap.

Additions/changes I'd like to see:
- Prestige/ascension/a restart-currency
- Prettier UI
- More upgrades (if you do this, please see ^), could be stuff like moving speed, more BPS, modifiers etc.
I had a ton of more ideas in my head but forgot them all, too tired. I'll reply with more if you plan to add stuff to the game, unless this is the "finished" product.

Interesting concept. There is a lag issue when there are too many GameObjects on the screen, I went into another window and when i came back, the ground was covered in bricks (except for my collection radius) and I could barely move. As I was cleaning up the bricks, the lag got better. Maybe handle the physics differently after the bricks hit the ground.

It hides the cursor like it is supposed to, but when you open the shop it doesn't re-appear so you can click the buttons

Looks like a nice foundation. I'm looking forward to updates. :) A mute button for those footsteps would be very nice though...

Can you add 'combined bricks'? When a few bricks touch, they should combine into a brick pile. That way, it can stack higher and higher!

It doesn't handle having a bunch of blocks on the screen at the same time -- by a bunch I mean watching tv and coming back to it 10 minutes later.

I gave it a 2/5 for a few reasons. Its unique, I will give you that. But theres just not enough to it. Its a great start for sure, but it needs more content, and remove the sound of the footsteps. 90% of the time footsteps are a bad idea. Either remove them, or have it so the pitch changes just a tiny bit every second or third step, that will break up the repetitiveness.

Also, some content updates I think would be cool are the bricks you've collected actually making something in the center. Perhaps you could even incorporate a levelling system based off of how many creations you've made. It could function almost as a prestige system! Just a thought.

Honestly, I really love this game and the concept. A few additions: 1. Sound options. I'm not sure if there is an option to mute in-game or not, but I couldn't find it. 2. A button to show the range you can pick up in, or a permanent indicator. Hundred, two-hundred, those numbers don't really help when it's not a block-type game, or at least one with range indicators. Anyways, I look forward to new content and hope to see the game updated in the future! :)

Before I jumped to my doom from up top the mountains... I saw a platform with a single brick. What does that brick do? Why is it so monolithic? I plummeted to my doom trying to get to that brick. Good game, not great, but good.

I gave it a 3 star, its a good start but if you leave the bricks too long the game runs out of memory and really starts to bog down, either we need 1 more upgrade that covers the entire area, or bricks need to despawn so the out of memory error doesnt throw.

This isn't really an idle game thus far. You can't focus on anything else or the game just pauses which means the only way to idle it is to do absolutely nothing else on your computer.

I don't understand the low rating.
It's unique, math works well, no bugs. OK, it's just a basic game, but easily fit for 3* rating.
MESSAGE to all incredibly stupid crybabies. There's a KNOB on your speakers that adjust volume. There's a menu in Windows taskbar that adjust volume. There's a speaker icon on each browser TAB with music/sound source that can disable sound.

This is not the way to make an idle game that doesn't break your mouse. This is also not how you make a walking simulator. They don't really combine all that well even if you can make the parts work alright separately either, at least if you're trying to make the walkabout part important for play as opposed to just a cute extra.

leaving the game and coming back breaks the game, still had magnet, cursor disappeared, and all the cost upgrades reset, and locked any future ones, yet teh brick count of teh previous sesion carried over. Alot of work is needed to make it truly idle but a decent concept, lets put those bricks to work making buildings to produce more bricks without walking everywhere.

i truly am impressed by this idea, and the concept in general! I'm a huge idle/clicker games lover and what you made here seems like the start of something wonderful. Once again, great job. Some people don't understand and underappreciate what this is all about but who cares.

Some critiques:
The footstep sounds are too loud
The text is hard to see and should be made darker
The window size of the game is a bit small
I hope you can fix these things!
