1200 Gems to decrease building time by 12 hours (Hall of Heroes 3 -> 4). 1200 Gems = 500 Kreds = around 45$. Let me sleep over that ... I know that money is the (sole) reason for creating this game, but I'm a bit curious: If you were a player, would you actually pay for that?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Over-training is such a terrible feature; Force me to use gems because I have other things to do? I get it, you need money, but wow, what a way to get it. Please take that out.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Is it just me, or were Gem rewards removed from Arena Quests? If you take away all the carrots from freepers and only keep the stick, it won't work too well imo. Payers need freepers, if only as punching bags. And if freepers don't develop and grow, they will leave...

Another grammatical error report:
On The Bark and The Bite quest, it says,"Only after cornering his men ARE DO (I'm not sure what you intended here, but it is grammatically incorrect) have something resembling a battle!"
In Coward In a Wolf Skin, it says,"Instead of COMING FACING (coming to face would fit better) our heroes..."
In A Fleeting Trail, it says,"...hoping they would lead us to their master?s den. (There should be an apostrophe instead of a ?)"
In Death Dealers, it says,"We search the corpses of our fallen foes, and find the same grim tattoo markings IN (this should be on) all of them."

Hello, here's another 2 grammatical errors:
When you reach your 1st level capped hero, the elf woman says,"Find and consume A THE (should just be THE) required Hero to evolve it.
When your scouts first find a frozen hero, the elf woman says,"If we free him, he will surely join us.! (there should be no period before the exlamation mark)"
While I know these are not huge concerns, I still like to point them out, as they make the game more professional, and I know the developer cannot catch all of them. The game is very fun, I wish I could spend more than 5 mins at a time playing, but it is enjoyable nonetheless. I hope I am helping you, and not just pestering you with small concerns.

Energy really needs to recharge faster, especially when it's a beta. It's hard to see how fights go and if they can be improved if I can only spend 2 minutes playing the game at a time.

For the last couple builds I've been hoping that something would be done about the terrible AI with melee units. Oh sure it works 80% of the time but it's worrisome when the other 20% my units won't attack until they have rotated around an enemy unit and re-positioned several times. A lot more battles would be won if they would just use their weapon. Haven't noticed it with ranged units but melee especially.

Okay. So...Evolve was removed? Bad form, bad form. Other then that? Need an easier way to recharge energy, and the Continue Mastery button is blacked out. Otherwise...decent game!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Well this is a good game, nice graphics, interactive battles. There are a few negatives though. One is the screen size; I have to move up and down constantly to see everything which gets old. There also seems to be a problem with the mastery button. It tells me how many more fights I need but I can't click on it. I can only continue campaign. Hope the feedback helps.

Sorry, I only have some grammatical errors to post.
*Spoiler Alert* After the Asmodeous defeat, and the fortress is destoyed, the elf woman says, "Regardless, we will not let this defeat OUT (should be our) will!"
On the 2nd stage of Oversized bandits, it says, "Taking advantage of our momentary weakness, unruly Goblin Bandits HAVE (should be HAVE BEEN or ARE) preying upon wanderers..."
I've just started, and while these aren't big concerns, I just wanted to point them out.

Just curious, but does everyone get the same heroes to start with? The game wasn't quite clear, and the Duelling fights I've seen have shown quite a variety. Though, are the Duels actually against other players, or just NPCs (for the beta)?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Scratch that, it was a zooming issue. (The sword in the bottom right was not on the screen.) Speaking of that, it does seem to start out zoomed funny in Chrome on my machine at least.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Seems to be stuck. Just started a few minutes ago, got to adding a hero to the party, then the screen is dark and nothing clickable. Tried reloading, but same screen.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
As said in another post. The idea of over training is terrible. If you want to keep the players coming back then do not penalize them for trying to advance while offline.

good game so far. i do have 1 thing i think would b good, but its an opinion. the exp should b the most when the hero is lower level than the higher lvl heros

I just now started playing, I'm having a hard time with the waiting for energy to come back i'm really digging the game, so making it take less time would be awesome for realz
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The time to recharge energy and both adventure and PVP is horrible please change that. Make it shorter. Makes more sense for us to get more play time rather than have a dead halt and have no play time with your game.
WIN WIN in your eyes.

Game is hugely linear, such as you can not choose which building to bring back first, you can't get any gear until it lets you have it. Game also has many items that are behing a pay wall currently or at least a "gem" wall, that I have yet to see any way about. In short, the game needs more variety, less of a cell phone app mentality, and more choice, till then 2/5 rather disappointed.

Bummer. Seems like an interesting game, but there's no zoom level that lets me see see the full screen (13 inch macbook pro, in firefox). unlike
Arenyll , that's a dealbreaker for me :(
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Why does the game window have to be so gigantic? Even in cinematic mode I find myself scrolling up and down so I can see everything. It's a minor annoyance, but it's something that'll stop me from wanting to play for long periods of time.

Well: sacrificed some 5k resources, got 2 pieces of arcane gear. Lucky.
OTOH: no more unit evolution means no more money from me. Unlucky.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
to simplify my exp carryover post. sacrificing a lvl 40 char to a lvl 4 character, they stop at 10. don't get the extra. i miss exp carryover. hope they bring it back.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
To add to the well posts. same for me. 13th try, I got an Arcane gear. I've heard about 4 others say about the same. Also, adding your gear builds the bar pretty slow. Adding your building resources grows the bar pretty fast (about 1K resources to fill all the way). Just look at that lost gear/first try as gear you weren't going to use anyway (I learned the hard way too). Seems to get better after that first gear hit. Good luck :)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Wow, I just sacrificed every single extra piece of gear I've gotten in the last few months playing this game and what do I get for it? ONE XP POTION? I hate potions in the first place, but to sacrifice so many good items for one lousy potion, wtf? Potions shouldn't even be something you can get from the well under any circumstances. Gear only, why would anyone want to sacrifice gear to get a stupid potion. Until potions give us +300% damage for 3 days, no one wants potions in exchange for a 4 star fill on the well.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Well gives you gear, from what I can tell you have less than 10% chance to get gear, the rest is pots...took me about 13 or 14 tries to get gear, just to let you guys know.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
if you have a character lvl 68 and you use 4 characters to get them past the lvl 69 cap, their exp stops at 70 now, instead of those 4 characters' combined exp taking them well past 70 like it used to (example: using 4 characters at lvl 40 each or so). a work around is sacrificing them to the cap before evolving but a lot of evolving is done before a char hits their cap. any way to get that carryover exp added back in?

Great game but right now the unit evolve system is really awfu, before the update it was bad but now its even worst. Well of transmutation definitely a good idea. Also, maybe instead of chosing opponent we could instead have 10 energy to play where we want, I rather spend 10 energy playing stages than hitting same opponents over and over again, sucks for lower levels...either that or better rewards and lower penalty for losses...just a couple ideas anyway.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Please bring back a way to evolve units. It was a feature that really worked for you as it gives a strong incentive to play and sense of accomplishment when you finally got to move your heroes up a tier and add that star. Now it just feels hollow and pointless to level any low tier units.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
eijiwolf, to uncap my legendary lvl 69 I need to sacrifice 4 legendarys lvl 29. Thats not as awesome, actually its worse than before. And no way to make it a 5-star...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Okay, the update seems to have made upgrading higher tier heroes easier (epic lvl 39 now needs 3 lvl9 rares) - which is awesome - but I no longer see the option to evolve the heroes to higher tier. Been grinding for that possibility for weeks. I understand that there is huge disparity between what players ask for, and what the devs need to make the business profitable... is that the reason? Other than that, I have no problem with anything else. The energy os just right for me when I have a few minutes a few times per day, and am able to grind 40k+ per day for sacrifices etc. Downgrading my virtual rating from 4/5 to 3/5 until I have more info...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Training Ground (lose the penalty for not making it back, nothing about this system makes me want to use it. The timer is fine but if I am spending cash I should get something out of it) Evolution thing just makes no sense. So I am expected to spend my limited energy to level a hero to only then lose him to some xp transfer for another hero? Since for some reason so many devs want to use energy wells for game play I can at least say I like that you have two. Since I doubt you would lose it entirely I would suggest increasing it or drastically reducing the time needed to get it back w/o paying. I get you want to make some money but if you want people to spend you need to make it worth it.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Balance is out of whack on nearly everything so far. In a Duel 5 LVL 1's should not be able to kill 3 LVL 9's. The Kred/Gem ratio is stupid unless you want to spend in the thousands. Not enough bang for the buck with gem purchases. And the single biggest fail of every game like this, energy bank and a very small one to boot. Lots of changes needed to make this game playable/payable in anything but a short term experiment.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I should clarify, I lost it by my fortress being attacked by another player, which there is no reason that gold reward to the other player needs to come from my treasury. Definitely not an element that needs to be part of this game
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Well I thought I would give this game another try after taking a few day's break, and when I logged back in I had lost 637 gold, which represented a fourth of my gold I had saved up for the next upgrade, and eventually I need money to feed the sage, etc. It's really too bad this game is being implemented poorly, because it is such a nice game visually, with a smooth UI and fun combat system... but the amount of grinding required to progress in this game with the low energy bank is insurmountable.
