Interesting that standard weapons stop upgrading at level 20, but alien weapons do not? I just picked up an alien gun from level 117 that has HP:293,311; Rang: 480; Damage 7497; and Reloading: 1.5x16. Insane!!!

this game is: go forward, loose a turret because of an alien script every level, ram the boss, repeat. + limited random upgrades and a looong way to go nowhere.

About 80 levels longer than it needs to be. Also, it appears that weapon upgrade paths are at least partially randomized, because in two separate playthroughs up to maxed equipment levels, I've noticed lasers in particular vary at around the level 10-13 point; sometimes they jump back to 1.5 speed at 10, sometimes at 12, and I'm pretty sure I saw one at 9, a couple resets back.
Overall solid game, but waaaaaaay too grind heavy early on, and way too long at the tail end. 3/5.

Our ship weapons shouldn't attack the enemy farthest from us, and shouldn't aim for the same target. I am on a casual 3rd world, and I get half of my 14-block ship, equipped with 5 level 2 lasers, destroyed by some stupid rammer enemy with 2 tough guys in the back. What do my guns aim for? About 1 gun, hits the fast weaklings. All other 4, attack the 2 tough guys in the back, who are slower, but deadlier. So what is the outcome? 3 of my five guns get destroyed because they won't attack whatever is closest, instead, in the middle, or farthest. But this game is still a great game. 4/5

I got one of the storage slots that had a ship component destroyed and I won the level; now my ship isn't complete :(

Fun abusable in game bug--- When you finish a stage, spam the check button as fast as you can. You get multiple stage clear bonuses.

Using the strategy of just ramming the boss with my borg-like ship and calling 4 lvl 2 supports works great; although the last boss I tried it on hated it so much that the HUD, enemies, projectile, boss itself, and my own ship disappeared--only the placeholder squares for the boss were visible...
Whoa, what if that's what this game is... you actually have to defeat the GAME by breaking it instead of beating all the levels with their bosses. That explains why all the levels & bosses are the same!

5/5 Love the game. Management game in a space shooter body. If you're expecting a skill based shooter, this isn't it. Attention to detail is awesome. From grabber arms to drones. Specials added late into the game. Crafting would be awesome if the weapons were usable. Love it

Warning: before you start playing the game with the idea: "I will finish it quick and take the badges preemptively" look at the game map. It's damn huge! It would take days to finish this game...

I keep crashing the game by calling in 3 assistance ships. Also the level 2 nuke says the damage is 2 and the range is less than 100. While the level 1 has a 6 digit number in both. Does this mean is actually does less? or just a typing error?

It would be nice if the upgrades I select at the end of a level are the ones I actually receive. I am currently on level 3 rockets, having never selected a rocket upgrade at all. Meanwhile, the rifle upgrades I have selected twice in a row now, have still not been applied.

Finally, a game that won't let you grind. Good choice! Love the series. One comment: would love for the maps to be much bigger, let you move around more.

too awkward bugs:gain nothing if you kill the boss when boss kill you, what's more there are possibilities to see your spaceship disappears but the boss's cave don't disappear and crush. I think the game should built on tech trees to avoid burnt down in early games(e.g. for more than 15 dangers the upgrade of shield don't appear!making this route much harder than others). the spaceship should be half-sized, for buttons they can just use 1-9 key to control. the random abilities of boss should be controlled in early stages to avoid burnt down.

nice idea, bad realization. the upgrade system - if you can call it that way - is as pleasant as getting your wisdom teeth removed with a hammer by a sailor who is drunk on cheap rum...

A nice game of somewhat idle style. But it's infuriating when you lose an upgrade because you evacuated your ship or died when the boss was defeated.

I'm giving you a 3/5 for now. This looks like it has serious potential and might be worthy of an upgraded rating later.

The English used in here makes me think that the developer does not speak the language fluently him/herself. graphics are great, the levels are a bit copy paste work from each other. But the biggest annoyance is missing an option to upgrade the owned turrets. and the ship you build feels like you're flying a brick wall

A bug:if you kill the boss when your cabin is killed too, you will clear the level but gain nothing( upgrade and crystal)

The game had potential until about level 30, then it just became the same "hold forward, pause to pick up and call for help at boss" gameplay. Item price scaling was too high and it just became a grind to get to all level 20 items.

Wonderful game, broken once you get support call lv 2, just need to spam that, but keep up the good work! Fun visually and gameplay wise :)

This game was waaay too long, but I played through tot he end just to see what would happen. The answer is: nothing happens. Don't waste your time.

"Thanked you picked me up", what is this Zero Wing? The "Saved Eninger" needs some help with grammar, spelling engineer and a facial makeover.

The magnet that comes in at the end of a level isn't strong enough. If I have too many items stored away, and my cargo area is destroyed, the magnet doesn't pick them all up. I've lost out on crafting crystals and engineers this way. And it's not like you can protect your cargo areas from bosses.

welp, this seems to be "don't upgrade rocket launchers, the game."
tried a rocket launcher focused path, which is great, until you get those bosses they can't reach which have a shield ignoring giant spinning blade that kills everything you have.
basically, you have to upgrade other paths (laser focus?) to be able to progress.
not to mention useless custom weapons, horrible grind if you need to adjust parts, no way to progress or improve if you are stuck on a boss.
don't buy rockets. or don't play this game.

I feel like there should be more ways to position your ship whilst in combat. More ways to design your ship and maybe an option to combine components like combining a shield and a gun or a rocket and an homemade gun to get an faster firing gun that does more damage.

a little bug, it may be possible for a boss to be destroyed after the ship have been teleported because the core have been destroyed! in this case, the mission is seem as succesful but you miss the upgrade.
