Hey Lietez, I think there's a solution. Click the money and click the bigger money to sell candy, then click the candy cane and select the worker to hire a worker (if you have enough money).

I literally spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to play this game. I tried clicking every clickable item in the game and got nowhere. Might come back to this if there becomes a tutorial or at least better instructions in the description...but definitely didn't leave a good first impression.
