Not a bad game, but anyone with simple math skills can do it. 4/5

I think that the multiple choice answers are too different. I can get a better score by estimating that the answer is "twenty-something" and then finding the only solution that fits than when I'm actually working the answers out. If the answer is in the twenties, then there should be at least 2 possible answers in the twenties.
I'm not sure why you have chosen to use brackets (parenthesis) in the sums as the questions only contain addition and subtraction, which is associative anyway.
Anyway, regardless of these things, I don't think it makes a very good game. Maths games should be fun. You are conforming to the idea that maths is boring.
