and if your having trouble with hard just get missles and upgrade your radar and mining for the first few levels. dont worry if your bunker gets hurt some you need the money early and then you have tons to spend on repairing and weapons later

I don't see many 3D games like this on Kongregate and I must say, I think this game is actually cool! The positioning, sound effects, and 360-rotational view makes me feel like I'm sitting on the inside of some tank shooting down enemies. Now when you have a game that can invoke such imagination, such feeling, you have one hell of a game on your hands. Wonderful work, simplistic graphics, not too overdone. However the last two levels are way too hard especially if level 8 was a pushover. So other than the levels being unbalanced in difficulty, It shall get a 4/5.

First off, Thank you for using WSAD, my arrow keys are broken and it's amazing how many games only use them. This is DYOG's best game. They did a great job making a 3D environment using just a wireframe environment. Lots of times you're forced to take damage though since...obviously you can't be facing every direction at once. So you have to just take out a little bit from each side. ..They did get out of hand with the Cormorant's health though. if one comes at the same time other units start attacking...you're going to have to ignore them. Even if you start unloading on it the second you can..it's difficult to take out in time.

Lastly, my tip for the Cormorant's on level 10. By 10 you should have all your other upgrades maxed. So, buy as many nukes and missiles as you can afford. Even with their insanely high health, a few nukes work well.

"Hard Mode: For those that are good at first person shooters." I'm great at FPS games, but only because I know how to dodge!

Rockets: Necessity- perfect for large waves of tanks and spamming at cormorants, have ~80 by the last level. EMP: A bit useful in spotting nightjars but don't invest too much in these. Nukes: Don't start getting these until the final levels; you should have 5 or more on level 10, extremely useful in desperation. Invest in the radars after the first level, buy the mining stations in the next few levels while maintaining your rocket supply. Don't forget about the primary gun, you'll need it fully upgraded by level 7 and your shield batteries fully upgraded by around level 9. And remember: it's never too late to buy the advanced recycling station; after level 9 I had more than 1600 resources and was able to do full repairs, have 100 rockets, 6 EMPS, and 6 nukes

Great game I thoroughly enjoyed it, but it needs that certain thing that makes a game addictive... maybe the weapon upgrades need some "diversity"

Awesome game! Unlike other wave shooters, this one forces u to guard 4 fields of vision; a full 360 degrees. I liked that a lot. The wire-frame graphics were cool, too. You don't see too many games with wire-frame. The only part of this game that I didn't like was the lack of upgrades, but still, 5/5 and I wish I could give this game a higher rating.

"There is a bunker in that plain, what should we do, commander?"
"Go, destroy it"
Moments later...
"It has destroyed all our squads and it has bought nukes, what sho...?"
"Send more troops during ten days, then we will think about retreating :D"

20/5 for providing lefty controls. You my friend are amazing, and on behalf of every lefty alive, I thank you for your consideration. Lefties are sadly neglected on most games, but after reading the little blurb at the end of the instructions, I felt the need to thank you.

I just have to say that I think its really cool that this game has controls for left handed people! I'm not left handed, but its good to know someone thought of that :)

Aw yeah. Beat it on hard.
This is one of the best shooter-games I`ve played before, definitely has some great qualities.
Levels are not too hard if you plan it right, but sometimes I find the impossibility of not being able to shoot everything in time annoying. The key thing to do is to make sure to upgrade your recycling ASAP, yes it is expensive, but assuming you survive, you will have enough resources to fight your way through the rest.
I find it funny that my rocket, nuke, and EMP ammo is unlimited, yet I have to pay for them - I`m protecting civilians here, balancing the cashbox should come later! >=(

To start this off, I give it a 7/5..... Amazing.... At first I thought it would be a couple of easy acheivments, than by level 2 I forgot about em, it is an AWESOME GAME! It has good graphics, (Use of 3D was cool) GREAT sound affects, and the music helps in the game, it gets your adrenaline (I think I spelled it wrong) goin faster and getting you ready for anything..... I think personally the last level was a bit hard, considering 2 nukes, 40 rockets, 3 emps and repairing 8 times for sheild with the Green flying people... But otherwise, nothing could make this game better, and people who hate it, hate me....

For level 10 on Hard you'll need at least 5-6 nukes and a bunch of rockets. I had 90-100 rockets, 7 nukes, and all upgrades of course, and I barely got through it with 10% health. I used 5 nukes so I ended up with 2 unused nukes at the end, and I didn't run out of rockets. I forgot about using EMPs, but I bet nukes are more cost-efficient.

Really great game. Does a wonderful job of immersing you in the action and getting the adrenaline pumping. While I was hoping Oh The Even More Huge Manatee! would be your next game, the graphics and game play of this make up for the lack of sea creatures. Very nicely done :)

Its like a cross between Tron, and being an anti aircraft gunner... It'd awesome! Fantastic game. Only thing I'd add, I'd like to see some more enemies moving around you, so you have to turn and track them :)

How to auto-fire.
Hold the fire button (left click) then drag the cursor off the game screen.
Release the left click, then put your cursor back into the game!
click + if helpful. keep this comment ALIVE!

Won't be getting todays badge as its too hard for me, but thank you to the admins for switching it to a game that actually works...

Is it me. or. while having a mining upgrade. and let the last airplane just keep on firing on me with upgraded repairs. (or 0 upgraded shields) u can get infinite resources?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
For the ones having trouble with hard mode: First u need to be effective with controls and map. Check the map constantly and remember to use "S" for 180 degree, it's faster and two 90's. Invest in mining ASAP, dont worry about repairing at first, it's essencial to maximize resources or u wont make the long run and WILL have to restart. DONT buy nukes until last levels. Be effective with your upgraded shield! This is important, dont waste that precious EMP if u have full shield, save your ammo for real trouble, it doesnt matter if u lose some of ur shield as it will recharge (the only exception is the cormorant, because you really don't want to face bombing without full shield). For last level, u'll face two cromorants at the start, with two nukes + firing + some rockets u can kill them both before taking damage and u'll be off to a golden start (three nukes is overdoing it). Good luck!
