The interface is still a bit clunky at times but I would say it is a good incremental improvement over the last one.
The helper bot seems like a good idea at first but it should be an indication that the game is not as intuitive as it could be. Work on making it so obvious to play that you can do away with that.

After playing for a while, it becomes apparent that while enemies don't scale, meaning there is a 'set path' to follow to make things fastest, you still have to grind next to a healing node for a while so that you can survive getting ambushed out of nowhere.

Item dupe: Put something in your "new item" slot. It doesn't have to be something you found, you can put things from your inventory up there. Then hit skill window, then back to camp. Grats, you just duped an item. Have fun duping free levels and skill points.

SO long and repetitive...lots of fun for the first half hour, but the next 5 hours was so dull, I nearly slit my wrists. Either add some variety, or make it a LOT shorter

how do i change my roster in the game? or am i stuck with the animals i choose at the beginning and the ones i recruit throughout the game?

although i have qualms about sticking berries in a forge to get potions... the game is a huge improvement in all aspects over brute wars 1.
well done!

*sigh* here they come, the letters stand for colors (R=red, G=green, $=gold, B=blue, P=purple, W=white). RRR, RRG, RR$, GGR, GGG, GG$, RBB, GBP, $BW, RRB, GGB, $$B, BBB, R$P, RBP, RPP, RWP, RG$, WWR, WWG, WW$, WWB, WWP, WWW. The rest are eggs, and I hope that made sense.

TVC, you're right, the potions only summon them to your roster, not your group. All summoning potions have two white berries and one other berry in them. The best way to do it is save, mix and use one potion, reset, mix and use second, and so on. You will then unlock all five animals.
And the platypus, is it just REALLY rare? because I thought that might be where it is, but I haven't seen it yet.

To get all of the potions, I used the clone bug. Put a berry in the new item slot, click skills, click camp. You now have a copy of the berry. The five potions are all 2 white berries and 1 other color. I'm sure the clone bug will be fixed soon!

I saw a platypus: go behind the cracked wall, up through the gate, past the shop.
Question: I have made all 5 summon potions, but when I use them, the animals sparkle, but nothing gets summoned. What am I doing wrong?

Nice, except in skirmish, if you try and switch your creature with the one he falsely provides, it won't give it back, and you don't get one in exchange.
So i started the battle with no creatures.

I found a bug: I couldn't find the button to mute that annoying music!!!... and while listening to internet radio it stops it whenever the game music changes!

Okay... I've seen a lot of questions, lets see if I can answer them...
1. Three white eggs forge to make a random blue egg
2. Those of you who complain about lives, try saving every now and then eh?
3. The crack in the wall is mentioned in the last letter, and it's the crack in the underground right next to the starting position. Click on the tile on the other side of the crack a bunch of times, and the path will appear.
Now my turn... has anyone found the last animal (platypus?), and if so, where is it?
