No lag problems until that final, decade long boss battle. when will game devs learn that enemies with high health and healing abilities aren't hard, they're just annoying....

The Beast boss(the very last, 375k hp?) is easily killable with fully upgraded tank + trial by fire spell. Don't even need pots, just heal your tank and kill him.

Good game. Is it possible to implement a way to buy more than 5 emblems or 1 potion at a time? Would save a ton of clicking

Once suspicious with The Warders, there's no way to raise my reputation with them.
Even when I kill The Magicians, the rep goes "-6 The magicians", "+3 The Magicians".
Shouldn't the reputation be "-6 The magicians", "+3 The Warders" instead?

you and your enemies' regular attack can't pass through buildings, however, skills can. So hide behind a building and hold 1 if your an archer or a wizard. Hope this helps :D

I really enjoyed the game, but I'm a bit disappointed with the "legendary bow" that you get in the game. I played the game as a ranger, and I ended up buying a bow that had the exact same stats as the bow you get from the Warder questline, for about 1500 coins BEFORE I even completed the Warder's last quest. It made the questline pretty pointless, which was a shame.

Here is a major bug: So I died in the tower(I killed the last enemy at the same time he killed me) I respawn, I'm in the middle of nowhere(grass background, nothing else, can't move). I tried exit reenter FFS! all my main char's equipment are gone(minion's are fine) fine, I'll just get a new set. FFS! all my quest are gone, include main chain. So now I cant progress in the game anymore. so I tried to reload again see if that works... the middle of nowhere thing again, then try again and... FFS equipment gone again! So yeah, that save file is completely dead.
======on a completely unrelated note, you can get to ally with both shadow runner and the alliance. Unfortunately you cannot complete both main tasks. But extra skill and all on my ranger. Further unrelated note, warrior class is kinda crappy, cause both primary faction give a warrior and you can't pick mage/ranger for class faction. Which means you end up with 3 warriors, rather boring I'd say.

Being a warrior is glitched. Everytime i come back after saving, i lose all the items and stats on it, while the rest of the party remains the same

so I havn't had a problem with the game until just now when I went to fought the end boss. he is lv 35, and my posse and I are lv 35. I've given the the best equipment and he one shots my healer, and sniper, then toys with my warrior while his minions chase me. did I mention he heals faster than my warrior can deal damage. I've never fought a more overpowered boss. either that or he's broken.....

You need to be able to change hot keys. The amount of times I've used an Energy or Health Potion instead of using my ability is amazing and it's actually kind of annoying.

Why does the factions seem broken? One quest at the beginning and now I have to make a new character to make The Alliance not suspicious anymore?

I think there are some things that need improvements :
1/ when you accidentaly press the Q, don't drink the potion if you HP/MP is full. which leads us to ...
2/ This happens because I have a AZERTY keyboard and I have to switch the keyboard layout on my computer since it is not taken into account in the game settings...
3/ Please allow the game to be used on bigger screens (with some graphic settings)
4/ Instead of an ON/OFF button, I would like the volume of the sound/music to be a slidebar.
As you can see, those improvements are only related to the interface. But that's because the content is so good. ^_^

Bring lots and lots of pots for the end boss (and for the special end end boss). I brought about 80 energy and 50 health to the end boss and ran outta energy about halfway through. Special end boss seemed to drain my healing pots more (he hits the tank like a truck) I brough 100 health and 140 energy to that one when I won. ended with 45 health and 2 energy>.> Bring lots for those bosses!

When selecting equipment in the inventory it should automatically show the stats of the currently equipped equipment of that type. So it would be easier to compare.

Awesome, Killed the Voidbreaker. Looted his droped items, Nothing happened. Walked around the room for a minute, nothing. Walked out of the room, came back. Hey, Mr. Voidbreaker is back. So much for that badge.

I agree. I found the battle against the Shade of Brin Gardius way harder than the following dragon fight and final boss... he was probably only topped by the fight against B-whatever the axe...

Dropped the quest for the top right guardian (thought after 3 kills he should stay dead). Picked back up quest. Finally killed him. Went up to place with dragon. Now the game claims I have no quest. Can't cash in with the guy to complete the quest, can't fight the dragon til I cash in the quest. Everything else is done to that point. (Tried reloading the game, page and character. No luck.) Is there a fix or is this a permanent gamebreaking bug?

Apologies for commenting twice, but I've realized something. According to the backstory, the Shadow Runners were accepted because their number needed something to make sure that there was always a tiebreaker....
Except they already had that. We have the three martial factions (Blademasters, Magicians, Warders), three monetary (Merchants, Mercenaries, Commoners), and Triton representing the Alliance. That's 7, an odd number. If anything, adding one more faction makes it even again, meaning more possibilities of a tie.
Well, that is, if each faction didn't promptly go and ignore their resolve for unity because killing members of the opposing factions is just how things are done! Counterproductive? Pfft, this is Hands of War.

I haven't been playing this one for long, but I played the others and I have to say: I really like that you can play quests over again. (the unimportant ones I mean)

So I have noticed that the fraction system in this game is a bit of a joke. You pick one side and then for the most part that is it. You can try attacking your own troops to slowly grind reputation with another force and keep grinding +Rep quests that don't ruin your rep with someone else... but sense killing militant troops merely results in gains for your class(even when killing your own troops, which means you just lose and regain half) so yeah... And with the alliance and shadow runners, they refuse to give you quests at all if you advance one side of their story to a critical point. And it seems nearly all the +rep missions for the common/merchant/merc are all -rep for another. So at best with excessive grinding you can get on the good side of 2 of them. With the max party size this seems intentional in part.. but it still makes the fraction system's implementation less a matter of how much each force likes you and more black and white "I chose X, Y, and Z sides, that's it"

Companions have this idiot complex. At least Beldon does. Also, archers and mages are super OP. For the record. 120 per second kills someone with 540 life in 5 seconds. Doesn't make life fun. AT ALL!

It'd be nice if we could turn the autosave off. Or at least set a custom interval for the autosaves. Because some of the statements I made I thought were going to put me in favor of my preferred factions, but it actually gave me the opposite, resulting in me having to either do a long period of grinding or start the game over.

This game is very fun however after you beat it I'd in enjoy the idea of a new game plus so that i could experiance the other sides perspectives, however i want to keep my character to I dont have to rebuild it. Just a idea......

It's fairly solid, pretty fun, and cool, but I honestly don't see any significant improvement or changes from the first few Hand Of Wars. Sure, it was some decent execution, but it didn't really "wow" me. 4/5

AND THEN I WALKED OUTSIDE THE MAP. In the most western tile on the second row, I just straight up walked through a bush to the west and walked out the map. There was another tile to the west with nthing in it and when I continued to walk, the next tile was completely black and there was nothing I could do anymore, hadto refresh

To be honest, Hands of War 3 is so much better than 2. I actually like you can click on a target and then you canfocus on walking around and using spells, while using WASD / arrow keys. Graphics have been improved strongly. The endless grinding for faction alignment has been fixed by offering quests that you can repeat, and they give quite a lot of alignment. Also - not sure if this is a bug - you can wear high level equipment, as long as you can afford the price

So, the developer's notion of an end boss was, after three games, to stack a huge amount of armour and hp on top of it, and toss in a bunch of visual effects to ensure the game slows into a slideshow during the epic grindfest?

In my game my quest log keeps gliching out, like, I have 3 of a quest I did near the start of the game, & quests I can't do because my log is full even though I only have 1 quest
