Under rating threshold (show) On later levels, you could also have the wheel slowly rotated by itself (changing spin from time to time), so the player needs to take this movement into calculation, too. A for now: promising start. Keep working on it.

Under rating threshold (show) Perhaps an "adventure" mode. Start with a line, with two different colours. Second level, triangle. Third, square. Etc. Add also one with a smaller hexagon, in the middle, and boxes flying from all four sides of the screen. Just have an arrow indicating where the next one will come from. And keep this mode. Maybe add an easy, medium and hard difficulty to it. A note about the random algorithm. I seemed to get an awful lot of reds. I don't think it was just coincidence, twice I got 5 in a row, once I got 10, and it came back to red a lot as well. It seems the next colour spawned can't be the one opposite the last spawn, which is good. Means it's never impossible to spin the wheel in time. Although I'm not sure if every colour has a chance to spawn the next one as the previous, or the closest 4. Maybe check over that algorithm. May be coincidence, but I noticed a few colours never coming up after others that should have.

Under rating threshold (show) This is a very cool game. I definitely agree that there should be a colorblind mode, though, and different levels. Maybe you could make one mode where it's levels and then another mode similar to what you already have (except a choice of easy, medium, hard, etc.).

Under rating threshold (show) When the last block is red the next one can be cyan , blue or red. But I never see him fall cyan but purple, maybe just an error copy and paste and you don't change something. But else, its a good game who need a little bit more challenge because after 75 fall I was bored.

Under rating threshold (show) Great concept! Must spin much faster though. Why not have elements come from all sides. (and it's "lives" ;)

Under rating threshold (show) Not bad. As a thought, perhaps starting with maybe a three sided and much smaller element giving the player time to spin at level one and then make it progressively more challenging on additional levels by making it larger, using more colours and then faster spining. Also, I'd suggest offering a colourblind version. As I am colourblind myself, I encountered difficulties in what I think were between red and orange or were they green and brown. Again, a nice start.
