I will never forgive you for those mimics. Got some great shit, a couple levels, went a little deeper cause I had wings, just barely beat an encounter with 3hp left, saw a jackpot of red chests, BLAM! Game over!

The shady fellow by the tavern eventually (in my case, after I beat the fat spider and was all but done with Grindy Cave) eventually sells a regeneration ring, if anyone else was wondering what people in the comments were on about re: MP regen.

MP and HP regeneration are your friends because when you slay a monster it regens your mana and health. So you can farm weaker monsters to regenerate MP and HP and if your Hp regeneration is high engough you can go through floors and leave them without taking actuall damage. And with MP regen you can spam spells. I typically do it like this if my Mp regeneration is 17 I can use Flamestrike,Iceslash,Earthspike,Dark and light
2 times a encounter so when the enemy is slain I gain 1 mana point.I took 58 damage but my hit point regen is only 23 so I took 35 damage after the fight.MP and HP regeneratoin take some level of efficiency to use but once you learn how to use those, you can eventually gain infinate HP and MP as long as you dont die mid-combat.

As a followup to my earlier post, Carrot646 was correct; as soon as you can begin to enchant with MP restore, do so. But try to combine HP and MP restore on every item. I'm currently LVL 20 and made it to floor 55 before having to beam out. One of the benefits to going back through the lower LVLs when you come back in, is the additional gold, exp, and escape wings you pick up along the way. You'll pick up an additional LVL each time and that helps make the higher floors easier once you get back to them.

Finally, a grinder that is actually fun to play! While seemingly over simple, this game does have good amount of strategy to it. Tips: NEVER skip the lower levels when returning to the cave. Killing EVERYTHING you can easily=free EXP. Enchant every artifact weapon and armor item you can with HP regen=free healing. Then ALWAYS Kill harder first, then kill easier=free healing. Always buy from guy next to tavern. Keep looking, he will eventually show up. Load hot key bar!!! Come back here to share the tricks YOU discover with others!

I wish this game was duo, of course there would have to be some damage set backs and nerfing.
More fun to play with a friend tho

@infinteclone771. I must tell you the truth. HP regen is USELESS. MP regen is usefull < using all 22 slots for MP Regen gives 66 MP Regen a kill which is 3 heals. Which is just KINDA OP. Seriously you Havent even Beaten the game yet. I checked ur achievements. About zone 60 if you wasted all enchants for HP regen youll take bout 100 dmg per hit. And you wont deal that much dmg. Also have you even gotten the Heal ability yet?. Transmute can turn ANYTHING into a artifact to avoid having to only choose artifacs. If you want high hp regen MP regen is what you should pick. Use fractal cabbages

Protip: Choose only Def+1 when you level up. With enough defense and careful switching of armor, I beat the sorceror on my second run. Just a straight run from level 1 to 80.

Maybe next time don't have the free version have an ending so bland and uninspired it's the least fun part of the entire game.

The final boss is way to good. he does a bit too much damage. however you just need about 500 health potions an you'll be fine.

wrong dabbest. first you should make your way to the heal and the transmute spells. then you should go and max out the potion/gold part of the tree since you will be running out of gold and potions a lot

how to survive longer: upgrade defense or better, complete the atk hp and defense path first then go magic path afterwards and get heal skill to survive even longer.
