I would have given more stars, _if_ the game was something like an arcade or console game. As a browser game, however, several levels are very difficult due to delays in the browser in both the screen updates and control updates. At some points, everything would freeze for a half a second or so, and/or delay or not recognize my key presses at all, and I would die. :(

Imagine if that's what happened in the God of war Ragnorok. Kratos throwing his axe and trampolining around while carrying his son. That would be hilarious

hit the skull, go back to the hole of doom, return your axe, go through the ghosts, after you are at the fire pit mid-air return your axe and then kill the bat

For 13, remember what you did in level 10: sticking the axe, moving to the opposite side of bats, and summoning the axe back through the bats to kill them.

I've really liked all of eddynardo's other games, but... this one just wasn't for me. I didn't find it fun at all. I figured out the solutions almost immediately, but since it was all timing based, I just kept having to do the same thing over and over. I ended up quitting at level 12 just because I realized I wasn't enjoying myself at all, and what's the point of playing a game if you're not having fun?

!! SPOILER !!
LVL 15 FOR NOOBS:
Just kill the bat right from the start, throw axe to the right and jump to the pit right on the ghost in the lower left corner, while axe will be returning it will kill the bat also dont forget to save yourself right before you hit the ghost...

I like the music, but I'm undecided on whether the added 80s background buzz is an annoyance or something that contributes to the music and the 80s graphics of the game.

"The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results." - The jump at the beginning of level 12

Love this game. I'd vote 5 stars just off the music, alone. Great, smoothly integrated mechanic with the ax. Good stuff, man.

Not easy, not hard, thinking your space key is working when it really isnt can make you waste a lot of time trying to time it perfectly, use J or X from the start!

Since you don't say what you need help with, I'll assume you didn't realize you can jump on the axe when it is embedded in a skull.

Fun game, some of the levels required a lot of thought but managed to muddle through them all. Didn't think the timing needed for jumping was that exact, but then I grew up with pixel perfect jumping required on the ZX Spectrum.

Pretty good game, honestly think people are exaggerating the timing difficulties, there's plenty that require far more precise timing. Only level that I had to try more than a few times was level 15 but that was simply because it took me a while to work out what needed to be done rather than having trouble with precision.

It's nice to see good a fluid mechanics on a simple game with puzzle platform levels. Nice experience, short and quiet easy. Thanks eddynardo

I see the dev decided that one or two perfect timing required levels at the end wasn't enough and decided to make most of them require perfect timing.
