Level 15 is so hard. I see a lot of people struggling with the puzzle, but I think I spent far more time just trying to not hit the spikes or the fire over and over again. I had the path down, but actually getting in the perfect positions was brutal.

Imo I found that lvl 15 had a bit too much of "Oh I did that in the wrong order, now I gotta restart from the beginning". Otherwise great concept as usual.

A mostly good puzzle platformer. The last level is a little annoying, and the controls are unintuitive, but aside from that this is mostly enjoyable.

Level 15 solution (Spoiler):

1. Go right to top of the yellow block. Phase down. Go to right corner. Phase down. Go left to just before spikes. Phase up and simultaneously head left to land on lower middle platform. Go RIGHT to edge, then long jump over the spikes to lower middle divider (tricky jump!). Phase up. Head left. Same as at start, but screen is dark side.
2. Repeat step 1, but from lower middle platform, go right, drop up to ceiling, and jump to get right chest.
3. Go left a bit so you're not below spikes. Then as in step 2, phase+left to get on middle platform, then go left twice to land on lower middle platform. Jump left to ceiling, then left to ledge to get left chest.

I usually dont like platformers, cause im really really bad at them xD This however was by the more prominent puzzle aspect absolutely enjoyable for me. Just the last level - even while i understand the rising difficulty - was a bit of a turndown for me after countless attempts to find that specific pixel to stand on before getting killed by the ghost :(
Else overall great game! :)

You could technically play it in 5 minutes, but a speedrun is 3 minutes. If you even double a speedrun's time, you get more than 5 minutes of playtime.

Never make the last level infinitely harder than the rest because you just take a good game and ruin it when you make the difficulty ramp just a vertical line at the end.

Whenever an Eddynardo game I've never played before cycles through the BotD lineup, I know I can look forward to three things: a charming pixel-art aesthetic centered around retro fantasy RPG classes; a simple core mechanic incorporated into as many different puzzle applications as possible; and a great deal of frustration from trying to figure out the correct sequence in one of the last few levels, giving way to the catharsis of an 'Aha!' moment that makes puzzle games completely worth it for me.

I'm a big fan of these games. Nice introduction to the different concepts and then nice mix of them in the levels to produce tricky but not impossible levels.
