I think the reason why this guy needs potions for magic is because he used Reraise like 50 times on himself before starting the game.

especially hard to pick mid or easy since it runs so damn slow that it actually takes quite some time to go through the motions after solving the puzzle at a glance

Like with Sleepy Knight, I went back and forth on whether this should be an easy badge or a medium badge. It was even trickier because this game is slightly harder than Sleepy Knight. But really, level 7 is the only difficult one, and if you can't figure that out (spoilers ahead!), you have to use the teleport potion on the right side of the screen to reach the chest on the left side of the screen, without falling to the bottom level (teleport in the air).

Nice game. Did the speedrun and completed it in 323.469 seconds. Would've been faster if I didn't die a couple times, heheh.

I love both this and Sleepy Knight! The shortness of them makes them really endearing and the art style/musical score is just so friendly and makes me all nostalgic.

I honestly did not expect the last few levels to be a test of my logic skills (the teleport mechanic is different than expected). Bravo. :)

@rap1102, how did you do it? Were you frame perfect on all your bottle and chest grabs? You're six seconds faster than me...

Awesome stuff, definitely a step up from Sleepy Knight, it was harder and more replayable now that I can speedrun it.

What the heck! that's it??? 15 lvls and I finish the game in 10 minutes.. I think you should rethink your strategy in life. All those things that we collect, you should do something with, like after we collect them be like "Now you are smart enough to play the REAL GAME" lol and do something like add a new game dynamic, like you start building a town, and it all leads to the final game dynamic where you then lead armies or something hmmmm

Fun game, but the difficulty levels seem a little unbalanced. Usually with these types of games, it gets progressively harder, but the first hard level came pretty fast, and hard and easy were just mixed after.

This is a pretty fun game! Had some initial frustration with how jumping + teleportation works, mechanically-wise (it seems you can't be pressing any sideways direction while jumping if you want to teleport or use fireball? a bit odd to get used to). Otherwise, though, a fun time!
Hey there, thanks for playing.
What you describe is "keyboard ghosting" and what that means is that there are certain key combination on some keyboards that can't happen at the same time, for example on my keyboard pushing Left Arrow+Up Arrow+ Space at the same time makes the keyboard not able to send the last Key Input (Space in this example).
What you can do to bypass this problem is try using "WASD" instead of Arrow Keys (on my keyboard it works perfectly, not sure how it's going to function on yours) or use an Xbox controller (if you have one of course).
I wish there was something else I could do, but it's just how keyboards that don't support anti-ghosting work.
Thanks again !!!

Loving all of this game. Control seems tight. Chiptune music is on point and can be muted for those who have no soul :D The pixel art is good, looks like a hybrid old consoles and general pixelart. Progression is hit and miss. Slight cliping up onto ledges if hitting it just at the side. I love it nevertheless. Five stars.

Tips for level 7 (spoilers I guess): get the double jump and use it to get the teleport, without opening any chests. Then use the teleport to move from the top right platform to the leftmost chest first, and from then it's easy.

Although I like the concept, I have one big gripe with this game: figuring out what to do is easy enough, but you need quite some timing skills to pull those things off - often several times in a row. I personally find that pretty frustrating.

What's the process for level 7? You can't use a teleport to teleport upwards, and you can't double-jump high enough to get the teleport.

These simple sprites and mechanics lead to such charming games that are so fun to play! Really smooth platforming, too. Please never stop uploading games to Kongregate!!!

Just finished the game. Graphics is a nice pixelstyle, great 8 bit music and the original idea gives a nice platforming concept. However, This game eats an unusual large amount of resources that are a problem exspecially on slower PCs and Laptops. Often the game ignored when I pressed the jump key or was delayed with both, pressing down and releasing a key. Exspecially in the last level the character just kept running straight into the spikes after collecting the first potion although I stopped pressing the key long before. Additionally the first fall where you need to teleport was simply a pain due to delayed action. Overall I like these games despite beeing short. 3.7/5 With fixed controlls definitelly over 4/5

Everything's mega laggy. Feels like this simple game's trying to blow up my CPU... If at normal speed, seems like it'd be quite an enjoyable game.
