Completely true Deken. This game does remind me a lot of N... I wonder if they physics engine's the same. Anyway, great game, I just wish there were a way to turn off the music in some cases. Also, cutting down on the loading times would be nice.

the controls suck....if you just hit the right arrow REAAAALY soft, you move like a mile on the screen:S
they should do something about that:P
but it is a nice gamee:D 4/5

An N clone, but a damned good one, and with some awesome graphics and great splatter effects. Nicely done. Desperately needs a mute button though...

When Edward McMillen says "It's peanutbutter jelly time!" every gosh diddly darn person on the North-Western continent sits down and has a peanutbutter and jelly sandwich

why do game designers think it is enjoyable to listen to the same annoying music while playing?! NO ONE wants to hear a 1 min track loop continously...ARGH! Please add a music off feature will the make game much more enjoyable 2/5...blah

one of the best platformers I've played in a long time, shame it's ruined by music you don't seem to be able to turn off.

Why is the meatboy so damn sluggish. Feels like he weighs at least a ton, but this might be part of some stupid way to make the game harder. Still a fun game, but N did it so much better.

While I'm all for watching the little guy run and jump around with the speed of a rabid meth-addicted chipmunk on acid, when you make a platform jumper game, the first and foremost rule is giving the player precision of where their character goes. When I essentially can't control my character for shit, you deserve to get smacked with the "BAD GAME DESIGN" stick until you learn better. 2/5 - woulda been better if not for the shit controls.
