Alternative controls not mentioned elsewhere (that I could find): Z - Accept; X - Cancel/Menu; Q/W - Switch Character (in menus; Status, Skills, etc); These are the classic RPG Maker controls, and they work in RMMV games as well.
You select how many times you would like to repeat a battle at the gate, and then the game plays itself. as you progress in the game you can Idle for longer without having to select a level again.

soo. there is still some sort of a bug with the exp rewards.. tryed talk to the girl who gives me diffrent kind of monster tokens plus a little exp but the guard who should gives u exp for how many monsters u killed still refuse to give me any exp unless i do 15 x25 5-6 times

I can't exit the equipment shop after I bought stuff.. or before I bought anything.. And I had to restart because it didn't save my progress from yesterday..

Feels very half assed idle. You can beat everything in first town very early, second town gives massive exp bonus, and still cant even beat 1 thing there.
I spent over 80 hours making this game, sorry it feels that way to you. Hopefully my update today will fix some of these issues for you.also please be respectful to others and don't curse in comments

Why do you have a set limit on how many times we can battle? Why can't it just be in till we cancel it ourselves or die? Kinda defeats the purpose of idle.
Rpgmaker mv doesn't normally make idle games. I had to find way to twist the software to do it. I'll be increasing the amounts to have a 100, 250, 500, and 1000.

soo your game is fun and all, however there is one REALLY annoying issue for me, when i press spaece bar, which is the button i am used to using when playing rpgmaker games it scrolls half the page down, do you think you oculd add a function to prevent that, there are planty of info out there on how to do it, unfortunately it has to be added into the game itself to actually work.

Its a good concept and start for sure though the xp grind is serious. Also is there only three towns? Im on the snow one and im missing so many items that i have no idea how to get since they dont have a quest feature.

iv seen you say multiple time the girl with the blue hat gives xp. but iv done over 100 lv 1 and over 25 lv5 and she has never once given me even a single point of xp. how do you get xp outside of checkpoints?

Not bad. there are a few things I would say like some npcs are really needed as they can be fused. the fact that you can't leave the auto fights even thow you know you can't win. But it also has the huge flaw that pokemon does where you can't tell the people that want to fight you no after the first guy.

Also, a fourth thing - why force us to equip an IDLEmon, at later evolutions, with an autobattle token when before you get an IDLE IDLE IDLE IDLEmon evolved you do not require one?
Just... don't do that. Don't make people have to equip something to make an IDLEmon actually IDLE when they never required it before to do so. It's, to put it nicely and plainly, dumb. Absolutely dumb to do such a thing.
I was doing this so that in the end game when you have your strong monsters you can choose to either have them idle or control the moves they make. I wanted this included so that people can idle when they want to, but when battling strong opponents they could control the moves to make the most optimal choices for combat. Also the auto battle tokens are cheap, and I have a chest in game that gives 5 autobattle tokens. Thanks for your feedback!
EDIT: also the auto battle token goes in the charm slot, so you will still have your monster item slot.
Skeleton evolutions can use weapons, based on what class they are. Hope this helped!

First off, this game really needs a tutorial. I spent ten minutes clicking/moving around before I discovered the guy who gives your first monster.....then another 30minutes of dying and not being able to heal so having to start the game all over again. You at least helped this early game healing blunder by making first town inn free.
Secondly, the leveling is tremendously slow. My monster team is only level 17ish after hitting second town.... but still can't beat the first level of the challenge in the second town. I can't level up very fast at all. Cant beat the trainers past second town, can't beat monsters AT second town and it takes FOREVER to level in the first town, even for the first few levels EVEN WITH the experience guy.
Thirdly, why do monsters only get one equipment slot? Oh Boy! I can spend 300Gold that took me longer to get than it should have to increase one monster attack by.... 10 points....
At the very least make monster gear WORTH IT.
Tonight I am working in the update to increase xp gain from the reward lady. Also monster gear gets better as you progress, 10 is just what the first set gives. I will definitely be adding a tutorial, and hopefully condense some of the NPC's to take care of multiple rewards. Hope this helps and thanks for playing!

Has potential but there's basically nothing to do, the grind takes a crazy amount of time and you have to be here every 25 battles. The later areas are so much harder and the only reliable form of experience is waiting an unknown amount of battles in hopes for another spike
Once you reach the second town you can run those battles up to 50 times. Actually when I update I'll probably make all of them have the 50x option. And maybe even add a 100 times. Also I'll be upping the xp generated from the orb lady too, to help speed things along. Thanks for playing!

My Dire Bats have 139 attack and 140 agility. All others have lower agility AND lower dmg! It must be like 50 agility and 340 attack if their agility sucks so hard, they have to hit with insane strong attacks. Slow but strong!

I don't see any reason to run with anything else than my 3 Dire Bats. Thanks to their high agility everything else is useless. Buff the agility of all others FFS!
Dire bats are great but not very defensive, and they currently don't have a 3rd form they can evolve to, but they will have a fusion added in the next update.

0 tutorial. Cannot summon any battlemons (already had 6 scrolls).
And the best is that refreshing the page will delete the save :)
Just don't play it.
To make it so this game could be idle I had to remove the post battle rewards. Speak with the girl in the blue hat at the West side of town. She rewards you orbs and xp for your efforts. The guard at the SW corner of the map gives you xp based off the number of idlemon you have defeated. Hope this helps!

seems there is a bug with the npc that should givee u exp after u defeat some monsters =/ i been doing wave 15 x 25 quiet a few times now and he just wont give me any exp
Talk with the girl in the blue hat, she rewards you xp. Then after that you can talk with the guard at the bottom of the map to get checkpoint rewards based on how many idlemon you defeated. Hope this helps

Definitely needs work. I read a reply from you that you plan to consolidate some NPCs and that's going to be a huge plus, but more needs to be done for this to truly earn the 5 star rating I just gave it. I'm impressed with what you've done with the RMMV engine, and am very curious to see where this goes. I'll hold off on further feedback until I've made it a bit further into the game. Seriously impressed with what I've seen so far though, and definitely looking forward to more. Well done, eshleman. Well done, indeed.

needs quite a bit of polish. xp system screwed me out of 21-24 on all non gem stuff due to caps; thats really detrimental to a game thats essentially on rails. have to forgo turning in the next batch due to losing out on 26-27 on gems atm. really would prefer some options to customize ai; ghosts w/ 5 atk should not be attacking, should cast spell or guard to replenish mp, likewise hero is a huge wildcard, spec him either direction you have a ghost issue, keep him middling and thats where his dmg will remain. while the idle aspect is interesting, can we get a speed up option? xp is reward quite sparingly from a single battle, dont see much a point keeping it this slow; might also be a good idea to adjust battles to be more rewarding. atm game goes smth like grind to get bats, keep all bats in party, grind to get 3 of everything, go to next area. rng the trainers w/ bats and then idle battle 1st zone 11-15 for orbs
Hey wyvern glad to see you checked out idlemon! If this day of work would end already I could start working on the update! Lol. I found the way to set the move choices to be based on the situation in battle, so I'll definitely be adding that tonight! And the xp is low because of the checkpoint rewards the guard gives but I'll most likely be increasing it to speed things up even more. Also in terms of battle speed it can't really be any faster without crashing :/ but I'm still searching for a way. Thanks for the feedback! EDIT: btw you do still get the Orbs even if you get knocked out early though. So you don't have to worry about biting off more than you can chew.

Needs an actually good tutorial to explain everything as you can't even really start till you figure out how to get stuff. Also there is no need for a person you must visit just to get rewarded from killing mobs. Remove that person and just give the loot. Honestly should remove some of the people who do a single task and just add that task to someone else.
RPG maker normally rewards you after each battle, to make it so this game could be idle, I had to remove the rewards from monsters themselves and add a person to collect rewards from. I'll see if I can't condense the NPCs a bit tonight. Thx for your feedback.

I apologize for something that is probably simple to do, but I cannot see how to summon a bat, or a slime. I have killed the monsters, got the scrolls to summon, but I cannot see where to click to actually get them to join my team. I am getting my arse whooped because I only have my main guy and 1 other fighting.

maybe a way to have more control over what the characters do would be nice cuz its kinda useless when i heal 4 times in a row
I'm working on the smart ai system, which will solve this. also once you get to later game, you get the choice of putting a autobattle token on the monster or not, so you can control exactly what the Idlemon does. But definitely working on making them smarter!
