I will say, the compensation rewards were significant... and there were enough gacha tickets to get a full healer/ranger team, which seems less likely to trigger the freeze.

Beta seems to have taken away the ability to abort a mission when an attack freezes. (And also failed to fix the bug that allows it to freeze in the first place.)

I feel like the only people left playing this game were doing it for the level 40 achievement. Wiping progress just pisses off your remaining playerbase. Everyone who stays, have fun until the next wipe. I'm not sitting through that terrible grind again.

Was playing through the game fine, got to level 31, a game update of sorts was applied and all of my save data got lost. I'm unsure if it is worth it to re-grind to the point that I was at before said update if there is not a way to export my progress.

There is a bug - it tells me that I can level up a character but when I try, it tells me that there is insufficient funds and the game has to refresh.

I was level 38 before the reset. A couple of hours play and I'm back up to level 17 but it's given me the level 40 badge !?

Be warned, it seems that the game's data and players' achieved resources will be completely wiped out on March 27th, at 7:00 UTC, due to a backend migration and the reset it'll cause. Therefore, everyone will go back to zero with nothing left, losing everything.

Was looking for how to unlock the cosmetic items (aka costumes), but details in that respect are apparently either on Twitter / X (which you would need an account for), or non-existent. Is there a certain point in the campaign I have to reach or some other threshold I need to clear to get specific pieces?

For the loading issue (stuck at 14% too), i use chrome and leave no tab other than it open, wait 5 mins, refresh if nothing happens. Usually works in 1-3 attempts.

Id also like to guess that the servers have low capacity so you should try to log in a different time.

I don't think there's really anything wrong on the player side of things, since even without cleaning cookies or doing anything except reloading later, it can pick up just fine. It's more like intermittent issues on the server side of things.
