Possibly the worst early game I've ever seen in an idle game. I might leave it open in the background to give it a shot, but I don't really see a reason to.
It's just the very very early game that is slow. When you unlock a few more generators the multipliers are higher than the scaling and you will go super fast. The game has some slow stages and some fast ones.

Forget my earlier comment. After working a few things out I found the game easy to navigate through and my expansions came every few seconds for 12 hours. (removed next comment because of spoiler) but needless to say the games been flying through the content. I'm now up to e19000+ after one night so I don't know how much further the game will go but it's slowed right down (as it should). My only suggestion is with the M key. Holding it down for 2-3 hours made my hand ache. Idk the solution for that yet without making it too duh-duh. Anyway great work on the game Eyewars.
Thanks for continuing to play the game even if you had some problems with it!! I don't want to spoilt anything but there is a lot after ABG. The numbers go way higher.

nice idle game but please somehow make the screen size smaller I had to zoom out half way just so that I could fit it all on screen

Just a protip, your game doesn't have to have 90% empty space and take up a whole screen, yeah, i'll skip this one due to that.

I was going to make the UI better for Kongregate, but I didn't wanna invest too much time when kongregate has already kinda shut down. However, if you zoom out you can see everything fine.

Good idle game, that's a spark of life in kongregate, at least for me. I have years playing idle games now, and kongregate seems to be breaking away
You can hold M to buy max. If you're confused about anything, read the info tab first. If you're problem isn't answered there, then go ahead and ask. Hope this helped :D

The pre-expansion pacing is horrible. It starts out tediously slow, then once you pass e27 for the triple prestige and hit the 6th generator, it's too fast. You just hold M and use an autoclicker for clicking the prestige buttons.
Once you hit expansion, it's incredibly annoying to play. Expansion points are slow and QoL upgrades take too long. You are stuck in a long loop of holding M and prestiging, until progress flatlines and you reset for 5 EP. After a few upgrades, you reset for 15 EP but the next upgrade is 100 and doesn't really do much.
Horrible, horrible pacing.
Do you mean "Remove the max prestige limit"? If so, then it means that the maximum amount of prestiges you can have is infinite. At first it was 15, then 50 and then infinite.

Also and I should've written this is the same comment (I apologize) but the cost of each generator tier should be staggered so that way you can decide to get the lower tier generator or wait a little longer for the higher one. The percentage difference between them I will leave to you if you decide it's a reasonable idea. At the moment there is no choice just choose the highest tier for best results.
Well, not really. The multiplier you get for purchasing a generator is the same for all generators. So in the long term you will get the same no matter which generator you buy. However, if you buy the earlier ones (especially the first) then you will get that bonus faster which means you can also buy other upgrades faster. But you also have to consider that you only have a few of the latest generator, so buying it means getting that multiplier but also significantly increasing the actual amount of them. So you probably wanna buy the latest generator first, then the first generator, then whatever (doesn't matter that much). This process however stopps mattering when the game starts to speed up and you just have to buy max cuz it's so fast.

Does this game speed up at all? If feel like to get to my first expansion is going to take weeks of active play (flicking back and forth between windows every few minutes ).

Game Screen is too big. I have scroll bars for no reason. You should redesign the interface to use the screen space better and the handle different size screens.
That was my plan originally, but when they stopped accepting games and removed chat, I lost the motivation to make the UI the best it can be for Kongregate. It looks better if you play the github version. https://eyewars.github.io/Energy-Generator/

Also making us hold M constantly is a bad design decision. Just let it auto-upgrade and turn off the flashing lights while it is doing so.

Ehhh, this feels so basic and like there wasn't much work put into balancing the game. It's a slow grind for a while, then you get to about e30 energy and you shoot up to about e200 in a minute. Just not very interesting. I know Kong is dead and all that, but you can still see the million idle games that were here before. So many have elements exactly like this one but more content and better flow of game. Fine start I guess. Good luck.

Played for a bit yesterday, logged in today to find that I had made NO progress overnight. So much for any kind of offline progress. It was a bit interesting while it lasted.
It's not actually a test, I just uploaded a game to kongregate years ago, and I had to swap out those files for this game cuz Kongregate stopped accepting new games. I can't change the name, so it's just called "test" here :P

In responde to EyeWars, I got it for the electricity: unlocking expansion it doesn't give you anything, you still have go to further than 1e308 go get the yellow box. It' showed up after a reload of the page, don't know if I hit the mark just after or if it appears thanks to the reload.

How do I gain electricity? I've unlocked expansions, have zero electricity and can't buy anything. Generators ~1e323 energy but nothing more.. :(
You have to do an expand aka do an expansion reset. It will give you an expansion point that you can use to buy the first expansion generator. Hope this cleared things up!

Apparently getting to extension will take a long time... and until then you get what you see? Jesus... Design of any kind is NOT your strong suit... sorry to say.
The total prestiges are way too often... and when you can decide between two prestiges at the same time it seems even more annoying to redo.
Would be better if only the generator and each below would be reset... like this it's simply annoying.

Im up to the fourth generator, I'd would like to see more, sorta boring just watching numbers go up, maybe more purchasable items, or even stuff to look at.
