This game has affected me for years. Every time I'm in a room with a mirror for long enough, I still think about this game. This is the power of art

Does the receptionist simply not care that I've blatantly walked behind her desk and took her key card? She doesn't even say anything.

I can only hope for an update if this game will continue or not because this is a pretty story. Honestly, it could even be developed into a movie or novel if it isn't already.

Very good and other than a few times I did not really get stuck. I enjoyed the second part more than the first and hope there are still more parts coming out even though this came out a number of years ago. Keep up the good work.

Everyone is talking about the puzzle but he could just skip it if he would back outside and go through the front door

Daniel should try using his moral compass instead.
Breaking-and-entering; invasion of privacy; stealing confidential patient files and unlawfully redistributing the information; intentionally damaging and destroying equipment; and just how many more items is he going to steal from people?

screw all the criticism, i found there to be a good balance of puzzles and story, both important aspect, the only thing that could have been implemented would be a similar hint system to the first but overall crazy step up, amazing game

People are complaining about the puzzles, but I thought they were better than the first episode. Almost all of them made sense. The tablecloth thing was a little weird but everyone else has mentioned that already.

Playing this back to back with Chapter 1, I think this one was decently worse than the first one. Story-wise it's fine, but the puzzles have become more unnecessarily confusing, and there was no reason why certain solutions wouldn't work (Why couldn't we just get a duplicate table cloth? Why did we HAVE to cut off a square?). It's still a good idea, but the puzzles needed another few eyes over them and definitely needed either more logical solutions or alternate solutions. I ended up stopping far in because I just got frustrated and stopped having fun because of that; this has potential, but add more logic to the puzzles, please!

Finally got around to playing this chapter and while it was very well done (4/5), found a bit of a problem with the mirror world rules. *DOUBLE SPOILER* When you take the tsinoitpecer's access card, miJ says a reflection has to be able to carry out the same action as the real person. Yet, in Ch 1, ykceB is able to leave that sock despite there not being a sock or even a washing machine in the laundry room. Weird, right? Or maybe I'm thinking too hard...Yes, that's it. Thinking too hard *pops a few of Jim's pills*

Oh my goodness this was absolutely amazing. I can't wait till you make chapter 3. I needed the walk through a little bit but the puzzles was so good. ^^

This was AWESOME! Can't wait for the next one. Will you please message me the next chapter when it comes out? Thanks.

a few logical misswritings here and there like when the cooling system was already off it still brings up the sentence to find a way to switch them off remotelly

kong is not running an updated version of the game as of now, when the bus for Dorian comes, the scenery should change to look like real world but it doesn't, if you play the game on the original site ****http://www.fireberrystudio.com/the-splitting-chapter-2/**** youll find that the scenery changes when the bus arrivers and returns to mirror world when it leaves, the game on original site might have more bug fixes, game code improvements, etc many might be hard to notice

ok, so this now seems troubling, 1st llehctiM was in asylum, then Jim, then Meg,.. & Mitchell was trying to kill llehctiM,.. means each ones twin is trying to kill theirs, & geM hid the truth about Dorian,.. defintly geM wants to kill Meg, & was hiding the truth so she can succeed silently, miJ took Jim to Deep Shadows, why ?.. a place where are no mirrors, why ?.. to kill him!! yes, so no one will know, & painter Valentino Alberto, was also at asylum and vanished,.. probably his twin had killed him in mirror world or he is locked up by his twin somwher in mirror world, probably Deep Shadows where miJ has taken Jim to kill him or imprison him,.. it also could be that llehctiM is trying to take revenge by killing Mitchell & is pretending he knows nothing,.. so that its easy for him to embasele funds in mirror world, & the 2 blank pages on the painting board ??.. those painting pages lost their twins?? where??,.. & the asylum nurses are encouraging painting talent, why??..

jeoma, it will feel long if you try to complete it in 1 session, and i can say there are many games with menu driven play which are nightmares, this is piece of cake if you get used to it

puzzles were a bit hard than the first game, but chapter 2 takes the game to a whole new level, covering/closing the mirror changes the room, duplicate items, causing people to feel cold/warm, the hanger-broom trick was the wicked of all, i wasnt expecting these changes so used walkthru a few times, but now im a fan of splitting series, eagerly waiting for 3rd, simply marvellous game, no equal, +5 stars

I love how he doesn't even put the effort to keep the vase on the ground and then take the tablecloth. Anyway, this was great. Looking forward to the next chapter!

Tediously long, convoluted puzzles, I would not have minded as much if this game was cut in 2. Also, maybe shorten controls by immediately interacting with things instead of opening a menu.
