Constructive criticism:
1) How did I acquire the premises? They're huge for a new start-up gaming business with no obvious backing.
2) Why are there so many animated staff members when I only have one member of my team? Surely it should be proportionate and there would be a visual reward in seeing the change.
3) It seems researching is continuous but game development cannot be stacked. It'd be great if jobs could be queued.
4) The scroll bars are not functional. It's annoying to have to click the arrows repeatedly.
5) The scroll bars in, for example, the projects in the development area, particularly the one in the middle, need to be closer to the box it is relative to, otherwise it's confusing.
6) There seems to be no correlation between the games and the stats/reviews in the results section, so what's the point of having the box there?
7) Being able to choose the pictures (from a selection) and self-typed names for teams would be good.
8) The game names are a bit too repetitive.

(part2)
9) The salary increase/decrease buttons are not functional.
10) What's with the flashing countries on the distribution map?
11) I can't seem to see my "money" on the Finances graph.
12) Why does it have to be a random dice roll on what project to begin so I have to keep clicking until I find the one I want to do?
I feel like I don't have as much control over the game as I'd ideally like to have.
13) A mute button is essential.
14) A save function is too.
15) As others have suggested, a sense of competition against other companies may be an appropriate goal stimulus.
Great basis for a successful game, but it has quite a few things which need to be changed first. Hope my comments are helpful. I look forward to playing the updated version.
Cheers.

gets boring really fast... only when you make the first games and need to od research there's any feeling of accomplishment, once you get that out of the way and get a few good teams it's just too repetitive. Maybe make it so you have to play against competitors?

Nice idea, but needs the posibility to automize things (like creation of new games etc.) So that you only have to manage who works in which department. In Addition a real tutorial is neccessary (In gameterms: what's the diff between Website/Flashgame/Adgame etc.)

The idea of a great game is there but it's just so fiddly and difficult to understand where you are in the game. Good concept but needs more thought on the design.

all u have to do, is reasearch and wait, and do something esle. once that's done, make a really hard game, and do something else. then ur set. (this is all with the free guy)

Too easy... I got myself up ahead and have since let the game run for over 12 hours while I was at work. I'm currently worth over $17 billion dollars.

Not bad, needs a few things though. A save feature. Some kind of variability in the tech tree, the ability to give raises or demotions (yes, the button is there, but it doesn't work). Also kind of repetitive. I was sitting around a majority of the time waiting for the dev/research/whatever to finish

For the love of god EVERY game needs a mute button. It takes so little work to add one and removes so many headaches.

for the love of god please please mark a scroll bar that actually scrolls with the bar...... i swear i nearly broke my finger (not my mouse)... playing this... but i have to say its very very addciting and hold great protential.... it kept me occupied for hours....lol... but i needs a purpose... cuz like its getting pointless and it should have some like prize in the game to upgrade employees no point of having 1000 employees

This game has so much potential... Maybe you could do some updating, add features, And improve the graphics. Other then that This game is average. 2/5

Wow, an exellent game! Maybe for a furture version add save, more options, maybe 2 or 3 different tech trees, and more interactive features. 5/5

Great concept. Add some improved navigation (scrolling, select all) to reduce clicking and some awards and achievements and this is a classic.

A lot of buttons don't work '
(eg: scroll), some things aren't really clear, etc.
It attempts to fill the empty spot of Tycoon games on Kongregate, but miserably fails... 1/5

Lots of good ideas but affects need to occur with regards to changes in salary and sell rates, also if you are putting the same game name, why not upgrade it, have 5 classes of games you can amke and then spend money to upgrade them and actaully utilize the tech tree that way, otherwise you just swap the market with games and succeed, I had to TRY to go bankrupt and did so by hiring EVERYONE haha. It was still fun and i have a good time 3.5/5

Well thought out game. Just a few things I noticed. Its very difficult to change advertising amounts on games developed months ago. There needs to be a way to delete games that don't sell well. The scroll bars don't work. I couldn't change salaries of employees. The game play for me was to keep churning out games and ignoring advert, and hiring as income allowed. Assigning them alternately to the lab and development. Seemed to be able to play forever.

OK Played for a bit and found that yes the scroll bars need to work as clicking to the bottom of the game list is a pain in the butt. Again the Audio needs to have settings. You need to have a calendar on the main screen so you know what month it is so you can prepare for the payroll and you need to have a massage when the research is completed so that you can assign your team to something else if you need to. I still rate this a 4/5 as it fits a nitch that is not filled here.

Easy game, hire 1 good allrounder and let him research and create a huge amount of easy games yourself, also don't forget to lower everyone's salary to red so they barely get anything... it doesn't seem to lower their productivity... at all
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Could you make it so that you can use the scroll bars to scroll because I don't want to click 40 times to get to the latest game?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
even with the tutorial.... WHAT?!? I know I'm supposed to get it, and maybe should... but it's confusing, and the controls are pretty sub-par. Sorry, I wanted to like it. 3/5
