Oh I just tried 2X again and all was fine until the drum and bass part which doesn't really hold the 1-2-3-4-1-2-3-4 rhythm which is really distracting especially with a 180 spin. maybe If you made the spins in the middle of the long straight aways there it would be nicer.

Not very forgiving game, one mistake and I had to start over the level. I got bored after a few tries on 1-X, because there was such a long uninteresting straight line at the start.

I swear I have played 3-X so many times I can do the beginning in my sleep. It is all on me when I mess up but I seriously feel like I should have beat it by now. also what does the (1x) mean next to it? That kind of scares me since the song picks up at the end of the 3-X Im also sorry for all the comments It helps me calm down. This game is really frustrating even though how easy the concept is and I love/hate it. The reward is nice but the penalty is rage inducing, especially if you mes up at the very end.

So my last comment didn't come out the way I thought It would. Is there a way to delete it? if not can you - vote it enough so it disappears?
So on 3-X I have been fine messing up at the ~~~~ part but after that the music REALLY throws me off at the part after that.
Its a simple part but it completely threw my rhythm off Also because of that level I had to set my calibration to around .027 where at 2-X I needed it at .087 so I am really confused there.

in 2-X i f**king hit it perfectly and It said I was too early, you have to be f**king kidding me. Is there any place I can just get the freaking soundtrack because F**K this game and its inconsistent calibration/lag or whatever is causing me to miss ON STRAIGHTAWAYS. THERE IS A PROBLEM. I have tried recalibrating MANY times and it does not fix it. it always ends up going too fast or too slow. Here is a tip on how to calibrate it better, try using the speed you use in the songs FOR THE SPEED IN THE CALIBRATION. Not half the speed like it is now. I should have not messed up at that part of the song. I admit when I mess up but no that was not an error on me this one was purely the game. I clicked on beat, the game counted it early, I am a late clicker. SO HOW DOES THAT ADD UP.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
somehow the calibration is changing during gameplay and that is causing me to mess up half the time. I do mess up on my own sometimes but I shouldn't mess up on straight aways when i am just clicking to the beat.

I got to 3-x without using two fingers. Now my left index finger hurts. And I love the way different visual patterns create different rhythms! This is a really new thing in Rhythm Games.

I love the game, but due to the flashing colors in the background I can't play for more than 10 min at a time. 3/5. If you solve that problem, you'll have my 5 :)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
PRO TIP: You can use any key (NEITHER C NOR R!) on the keyboard (after clicked on the game once for focus of course). Using two fingers might be easier for you. Can't remember a game I failed so hard at, but still kept the chill until I played through it. Please moar levels, i.e. a sequel. But less epileptic would be cool. 5/5 anyway.

This game's music is so great, I'd sleep to it.
Not only that but the games concept is actually new and exciting compared to the crap we're getting nowadays. It's a new game mechanic that people don't really use, they're too afraid to make something different. This game you made is a bold move on your part and I applaud your succeeded efforts.

I'm on 3-X at the moment and boy, is it hard!.. It's like the dev is trying to be cruel :) but after this I'm probably going to ask for more levels so I'll ask now and be done with it. :3

I got to 1.7x on the last level, but it gets really impractical. You have to memorize the beat, you *cannot* look at the display when going that fast. The display seems a bit weird at higher speeds, even when calibrated (and I was top dollar cream, even!), but if you go to the beat it mostly seems OK. Use two different letter keys on the keyboard, one for each hand, and you're all good!

awesome game, giving me a headache because while the music is awesome I hate failing so hard at the rhythm. x.x Lol... great badges... omg, easy mode? that's it?! Gahh.. I'm going to die before I get this beat down. So far 19% on Fire and Ice, and I'm on try number 10.. lol... Ugh, I'll try this awesomeness again later when my head stops hurting. Love the music. wish there was a 'level select' kinda thing I could choose. Also, like with Rhythm Fireworks, I wish the song would keep playing even if I goof up. I really like the beat. <3

This game has so much potential but unfortunately seems to fall short on execution. The directional rhythm mechanic itself is so amazing though, that I'm still giving this game a 5. The level design is a bit unfortunate in that it does not create a gradual enough progression. The music is not quite rhythmic or percussive as this game demands. I'd love to see a version of necrodancer or something similar with this movement mechanic though!

I honestly don't understand why this game got such a high rating. The mechanic is interesting enough, but the skill/learning curve is way off. The training levels are at half the speed of the real thing and it's completely unforgiving for no other reason than the presumed cool factor of being hardcore.

"These tutorials are inadequate for what's coming" Well yeah... They are much slower, much smaller, and don't even contain the horizontal form that occurs 30% through 3-X. Not to complain, but you do break the rule of one-miss-and-game-over standards... it's a little unfair that one miss makes us start over, with no way to practice, on a difficult section that doesn't occur anywhere else.

So....have you thought about releasing the songs as ringtones (or even just mp3s) that we could download after we've finished the whole thing? That'd be kind of awesome :D

Fun enjoyable game. Fantastic beats, more so 2-X & 3-X. Recorded 3-X and put it on YT. Requires a decent combo of ears, eyes, fingers. I played this game with headphones on, recommend.

still have not got past level 1-x after days of trying (no, i have no rhythm) and i really wish the game had stats. how many times you've died, per level. how many tries it took you to get through each level the first time. how many minutes (hours, days....) of playtime it took to get through each level the first time.

I've got no rhythm! I'm liking this game but I'm stuck at 2-x. At about 57% in you turn a corner and the stage flips and I can't keep the rhythm for the life of me! Someone please commiserate with me!!!
