hmm i think i've played this over at newgrounds, still hard like i remember, and... the play count is somewhat strange, since i know this got over than that(in other website).

I absolutely adore this game and I just can't wait for the full one to come out, had it not came out yet. I truly love some of the messages you get after getting a certain rank on certain patients: "You aren't feeling the wubwub.", "?", "Multitasking maniac."; or my favourite: "We make a good team, don't we?". And don't even get me started on the songs, I love them to death.

The first boss level was easier than the first level in my opinion, but I stopped playing after that, this game is too hard for me. Good game.

I wish I could click instead of using spacebar, somehow, I feel more precise and faster with my right hand than the left one.

Man is the first boss hard! Overall though, really great game! You don't find these kinds of games often. Very good. 5/5.

Apparently I "timed badly" which I actually timed perfectly, is there something wrong with the browser or what? I tried the clap, payed attention, nothing worked, it just randomly times my keyboard too early.

Dude, i loved the music for the first boss. Is there any place where i can download it? Great game! As a rhythm heaven player i can relate a lot to this type of games. Keep them coming! ^^

This game is a million times better in response time than the other, it's also a million times harder. Love it though, very well made. Maybe an option to skip some lines would be nice. 5/5!

As a person who plays every rhythm game he can get his hands on, this is a brilliant concept executed fantastically. I would pay to have a more full version of this fleshed out for a retail release. Easily the most worth of my 5/5 ratings. Very well done!

So.. Boss fight 1 threw me WAY OFF. I loved it and wasn't expecting it in the least. So of course, I went to the comments to view other's opinions when I discovered the double speed button...
A glint of insanity flickered in my eye as I attempted the first boss immediately after on double speed. I was not disappointed.
Haha glad it did! Something I often wonder is whether the effect of throwing you off would have been less if we polished up the earlier levels more. Like, should we intentionally keep it scrappy looking in order to make the 'woaah' effect work better? Or try and keep that standard throughout the earlier levels too - I've been planning to remake the tutorial to be more lively but having second thoughts on that. Lmk if you have thoughts!

Both this and a dance of fire and ice are absolutely phenomenal games - I'm sure many of us would really love to see both of these fleshed out with more content some day, keep up the great dev work!
hey thank you. It would be my dream to be able to make rhythm games full-time, yet it's a risky venture that I am still evaluating the feasibility of. I have got more rhythm game ideas than I can count scribbled in my book, both for separate games, and ideas for Rhythm Doctor and ADOFAI, and I'm always itching to implement another one of them whenever I have the time. And if there's anything that lets me know they're appreciated, it's when I read comments like yours. Thanks :)
You've activated the experimental 2 player mode by accident! Press CAPS LOCK to toggle. And player two uses the L key. Yeah my bad, I forgot to put instructions for that here on Kong!

Wow... just wow... I thought that is was nothing special, until that first boss... I'm a sucker for oriental music and the mix is incredible. I like how your testing peoples rhythm as well, with the messing up of the bar. :-)

How much patience does it require to reach level 1?
I've been waiting for that "Patience: approaching" message for 5 minutes now. The other test says "Patient approaching.. NaN%"

Yeah 4th time. confirmed game is broken. It never gives me a git after the matrix part of that boss stage. Either that or thats not passable without getting 100% perfect

Ok seriously what is wrong with the boss stage. I know the glitching is supposed to do that BUT I AM HITTING ON BEAT. I do not know what the heck to do
