It's a pain to try to move forces across the Pacific when the territory you select gets deselected after dragging the map. Couldn't you just have the entire map wrap around as you scroll?

lvl 1 Gold Star!!!!
It is not impossible, but your absolutely right that it is just luck once you have the strategy figured out

Europe is not hacked, I just beat it on the 24th turn to get the Gold star, im the 640th kongregate member to get this achievement.

I love this game. It's simple and fun! I would like to suggest, though, that it would be really helpful if the map could scroll in a circle, instead of just left to right. Sometimes it's hard to transfer troops from Japan to Hawaii!

Ok after all the attempts on Level 1 gold star I simply give up for now as I said in my last comment it's not based on skill or planning it's sheer dumb luck, not good for badges in my opinion. I'll happily live without that particular badge.

How can the Level one gold star be done as some one else stated there is no way to achieve the bottom corner of Australia in 6 moves as there will be too strong of a defense @ indonesia to allow you to get through unless you are insanely lucky. gold should be 7 moves as a minimum, other then that I have decided out of fairness and a better mood to bump my review score up to 4/5. but that part of the badge needs to be fixed or kong needs to add 60 pt badges.

The hard badge needs to be relabeled as impossible. There is way too much randomness, Even if you know exactly what to do 9/10 times the numbers will go against you. It took 13 tries to gold star the very first level despite knowing the path needed to gold star.

Suggestion for level three: if you are not near Argentina (within five to seven turns) restart. Also restart if you run into a cpu before three turns of you getting a bonus.

To get the hard badge your best bet is starting in Asia, either in India (4 reinforcements for 4 territories) or Caucasus (6 for 6 territories), then spreading it in all directions except for North America. It might take a bit of tries, but with some luck you should be able to get it.

@Jawesome1, it's funny how people buy the game in real life when you can just play here instead for free..
It's also funny how when I do want to play the real game, no one else does.
This game is awesome, because I can play whenever I want, and quit the current level when I want without the other players (AI) complaining about it.

It's just not working for me for some reason. I started in central africa, took territory with every single turn, spread to south america and antarctica and expanded with literally every turn taking territory after that as well then took Australia and Cuba...and somehow the CPU had already taken the other half of the world by the time I took Indonesia as well. After that it was pretty much stalemate because neither side had the numbers to break through the defences.

This game was very fun and addicting. I was sick and spent a good 2-2.5 hours playing this on this website then on the original site. very good game, pretty much took out all the boring dice rolling bullcrap out of risk.

Oh wow, I thought I was going to be able to win level 3 in 25 turns when I was attacking on what I thought was the 25th turn. I managed to take everything over only for the game to tell me it took me 26 moves...

Would it really kill you to add in a warning screen?
I went to save my game and hit level select instead and lost all my progress in the map :(

good game but from the 5 th level too hard.
I wanted to give 5 points, but the balance from the 5 th level is not good, almost impossible to win.
So this reason only 2 points.
Sorry.

Absolutely AMAZING. I loved playing Risk with my parents when I was a kid so this is pure nostalgia and the conversion is almost perfect. 5/5 I love you.

Flawed game. So if your army attacks a country, that country can attack yours without the armies meeting? Makes the higher levels impossible. Waste of time.

To get 6 turns victory in Level 1:
1) Deploy 5 armies in S. Europe
2) Order 3 armies attack Middle East
3) Order 2 armies attack Ukraine
4) Restart the game if any of the attack fails else skip this step
5) Deploy all armies in the frontline and attack towards to the enemy direction
6) Once reach Indonesia, split half of your armies to Western Australia and another half to New Guinea
7) Attack the Eastern Australia from both side
8) There you go, a Gold Star for Level 1. =)
Click "+" to pass this on. =)

For those having trouble with (hard) European challenge:
1. First turn attack both the 250 and 60 stacks out of England into France (retry if unsuccessful)
2. Expand every turn from there into Spain, Italy and eastern regions (spreading your attacks and stopping him from taking region bonuses is the key here)
3. Enemy will try to eliminate red, so use any airlift cards ASAP on your ally at important chokepoints, (you MUST keep him alive if you want to win quickly)
4. Should be able to complete in 20 turns or less, gl, don't blame the dice.

@Orange33: You need to take both the Ukraine and Middle East on your first turn and then continue through India to Siam before finally finishing the AI off in Australia. If you do not take both on your first turn restart and keep trying until you do.

omg omg omg omg omg omg over reaction to the fact that this great game gets badges it should have gotten those badges the moment it was released
