Both of the Cactus McCoy games are fantastic, state of the art flash games, but...I both CM1 and CM2 seem to randomly stop taking keyboard input during the game. I'll be running along and I can't change direction, or I'll try to jump and nothing will happen. It tends to heal itself if I mouse out of the window and then return to the game, but by that point any chance of beating a time challenge is over. This happens on both Cactus McCoy games and no other flash game. Not sure what the problem is, but does anyone else experience input lock-up on these games?

I'm what folks would call a "Badge Whore", but this game (and Cactus McCoy 1) is one of the few games that are so fun to me that I keep playing to get all in-game achievements. I love this series. One of my favorites. Can't wait for #3, 4, 5, etc.

I would love to see a Cactus McCoy game on a handheld like the DS with 1 and 2 collected as well. These are seriously some of my favorite platformers. I have sunk so much time into both of these (and Remnants of Skystone too) trying to explore everything, find every treasure, and beat every challenge.

Just a suggestion, when we get to the screen with the big treasure of the level, STOP THE TIMER!!!!! I missed it by the time requirement.
.3 seconds purely because of that.

I simply love this game. I can't wait for number 3 to be released. I will be playing through to get 100%, simply because I just can't stop playing.

@Calhovin - I also struggled but finally figured it out. On top of the third wagon you will see a suitcase. Use the chains at the end of the wagon to jump up towards it and move it to the right so that it stands on the edge. Then use the suitcase to jump over to the top of the other wagon (on top of pipe) Jump until you get the zipline and voila! you find the windows and the treasure chest :)

@Wazoo - grab a crocodile and find a group of enemigos. The rapidfire weapons like the crocodile and chainsaw can actually generate more hits per enemigo (like up to 15 from a single death) without launching them off the screen.

On the train level, I can't get to the last two windows, and to the last clown. Soo frustrating! Obviously I am missing something, but what?!?!?! NIce game, though!

It would be nice to be able to see some damage information about the different weapons in the arsenal page rather than just judging by price.

Loved the first one, and the finalizing on this one is even better. All I have left to suggest is that when holding a throwing weapon or a gun, and picking up another of the same, it would be nice if the ammo were combined, given they don't add up to more than the weapon originally has. It doesn't make much sense for McCoy to drop his gun with 4 bullets to pick up one that has five and leave like that.

@Darkruler2005 - Alpaca Jack can be juggled with fists, but if you want it the easy way take a chainsaw or similar and let him dance on it. Final boss is also quite easy: run and hide, let him use his spec's like 3 or 4 times, then he rests to restore his spec for 2 sec and is very vulnerable. The 50x challenge: you might use firecrackers, train with them at scamwell, you might get like 60+ combo on the first ememies if you're quick. Later in lvl 10 carry them to a place where you meet lots of enemies and combo them.

Darkruler2005-
You can juggle Alpaca Jack very easily; I did it on my first try. As for combos, they're a cinch to pull off in this game, and having max upgraded fists certainly wasn't a problem for me in obtaining a X50 combo on level 10.

Three problems with this game. One, Alpaca Jack apparently should be able to be juggled, but I have not found a way. Care to explain? Two, the final boss' move where he's invincible and moves around while shooting lasts a bit too long. Three, upgrades should be just that, upgrades. Upgrading your fists gives you less ability to get a combo, required for at least one challenge, and at least one badge. You should be able to downgrade, if you want, for those.

Am I the only one who was expecting a co-op or character selection? Oh well, that's what Cactus McCoy 3 is for. >_>
Great game. Great series, really. Totally wasn't expecting a sequel.

@jwluoma, there is a net somwhere. Hit butterflies with it, and you'll catch them. Be carefull though, it degrades rather quickly, so you should use a different weapon to kill the emigo's.
