This is the one thing that Flipline can come in contact with and not turn into rotting sewage. I actually had some fun with this

I absolutely love this game and I keep coming back to it because it is so good, but the game isn't saving for me, so I have to start over whenever I come back to this game. Can anyone help me please?

On level 9, while entering the arena, I died to gatling gun fire before landing. It then respawned me out of the arena with the door closed, and I had to restart the level. Very irritating.

Dear FliplineStudios I wan't my name to be Pyromaniac Psychopath (AKA PP) but I could only be Pyromaniac Psych. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT!!

Wish there was a warning before hitting the last screen so you can continue back to finish tasks before finishing a level

@thefancyhippo: Assuming you're talking about this game- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Henry_Hatsworth_in_the_Puzzling_Adventure -I don't see how they are similar, unless you only count the combat, because this game doesn't have any puzzle piece like Henry Hatsworth does.

A pretty funny story and obviously quite a lot of work put into the game, but it's nothing I feel like I want to continue playing after a few stages. There's no sense of reward and progress. It's too much of a brawler and the variety and breakage of weapons has a downside; you can't stick to a favourite weapon. You can upgrade certain weapon types, but for me it's too much repetitive combat that you don't have control over because of all variations and hard to hit spots that enemies are in. Punching kind of stunlock, which doesn't exactly make the combat more interesting; it just takes time and button mashing. Most weapons I found, are much weaker than I expected. Punching seems to do more damage and is more reliable than guns. The challenges and stages overall feel like they are too long, especially if you replay them. Some graphics blend into the environment. Can't give more than 3 stars, and most of that is from the effort since I can't say that I'm enjoying the game unfortunately.

@Swifter_Fox Its probably your pc, my laptop did the same thing, but when I swapped to my (more powerful) desktop, it worked perfectly/

I see this excellent piece of gold and its sequel that's just as perfect, maybe better, and wonder how these same people can crap out clones of unenjoyable, repetitive, unnecessarily extensive chores like the Papa's franchise. They've been doing it before and after both Cactus McCoy games...

This games controls are so sticky. I just don't stop running, I can't jump in time and picking up items is a chore. It's a good game besides that

I had a great time replaying this game. For the third time... :) Says enough about the quality and the playability of this game, if you ask me.
I can only hope that there will be a Cactus McCoy 3 someday.

Game is lagging way too much for me to enjoy. I tap on a directional key and after a few seconds suddenly my character is on a a completely different screen...

Platforming action at its finest. You can see that it hasnt been just randomly thrown together quickly. 5/5 one of my favorite games here on Kongregate.

Some of the Secret Treasures are IMPOSSIBLE to find, even with a walkthrough!
That is my only complaint, that and sometimes I get so frustrated I rage quit and consider downgrading my rating.
But then I inevitably return.
