Under rating threshold (show) I love how the customers hold the weapon up like it's the greatest thing in the whole world, even if it's really a piece of crap. They're so nice!

Under rating threshold (show) I would like the ability to sell things to the shop also, even at a large penalty. I have so much useless bronze in my inventory that I'd be willing to trade it for even one enchanted grip.

Under rating threshold (show) Still a time management game that Flipline Studios has excelled at, but unique in terms of setting and "purpose". Plus, the fact that I can watch the fruits of my labor in action is an epic plus. 5/5

Under rating threshold (show) A papa game that doesn't expect you to be a one-man factory with maximized time efficiency? SCORE! The one thing that has been bothering me the most in the Papa games up until now is how you always end up feeling so stressed out because you *HAVE* to juggle so many things at once to get the best scores. Here, I can take all the time I want.

Under rating threshold (show) If this game ever gets a sequel (which it definitely should), the epic weapons shouldn't need a specific ore type- many of the epic weapons were pretty useless later in the game because they required one of the weaker ores. Overall an amazing game, lots of fun

Under rating threshold (show) I would like to see a game just like this, but with making mage spells. Like picking the type of scroll to put it on, writing the enchantment circle with a certain type of dust. the Type of spell to be produced like fireball or icespell etc etc and then finally the casting of the spell at the end to see the result. Just a thought.

Under rating threshold (show) A gallery of our best epic and non-epic weapons might be nice, or a few save slots for weapons (or view other players constructions). Different kinds of bookmarks might be nice too (e.g. one bookmark to purchase from shop, one bookmark to either don't use their pieces up or highlight to construct them)

Under rating threshold (show) my only gripe is that later in the game when you're exclusively using gold and crystal weapons, the other epic weapons made of lesser materials tend to break easily, I mean shouldn't EPIC weapons be more durable than their composite materials? They're EPIC after all

Under rating threshold (show) Many people seem upset about not being able to go back to finish previous levels. Allow me to clear up why you don't need to. First, the epic weapon is chosen at random, it's not area specific. You can get it again on another day. Second, your advancement along the trail is based on your XP, not number of days. This way you don't advance to overpowered enemies.

Under rating threshold (show) I gotta admit, I don't think the "loading screen" is actually loading anything (based on the graphics of this game and other games with much smaller load times). Advertisements...I mean, fine, but really. If you're going to advertise, at least don't disguise it as a loading screen O_O

Under rating threshold (show) definitely need to be able to sell lower minerals later in the game, as you progress further you find yourself use gold and crystal as your main material. the bronze, iron and steel just piles up. selling bronze for 1 crystal, iron for 2, and steel for 3, or selling in bulk for certain amount. let's say 20 iron for 30 crystal. i could use the crystal to buy enchanted parts.

Under rating threshold (show) It would be nice if we could access the design screen from inside the shop without having to exit it first. It would be even better if we could see how pieces in the shop relate to known weapon blueprints so that we knew better which ones to buy, or else a "Bookmark all" "Clear all bookmarks" toggle button.

Under rating threshold (show) Just a fair warning, it took me almost seven hours to get the last badge. After a while, the game just starts to feel tedious. It's a fun idea, but could use a little more story and maybe some mini-games here and there to break the monotony.

Developer response from FliplineStudios

Designs aren't specific to each trail, so if you miss a chest, that Design inside will appear on a another trail, so you'll still be able to collect them all eventually.

Under rating threshold (show) Maybe you could make the epic weapons more durable than normal weapons. Other than giving everyone +6 fire, Firebringer sucks. You learn how to make the falcion sword when you're making a majority of weapons out of gold, so copper is obsolete. Bringing it, as well as other iron/bronze epics, just doesn't hold up late game as they break the second/third tier down. You would expect epic weapons to be harder to break, or not break at all because of the time and resources needed to get the right items for it.

Under rating threshold (show) Now for suggestions, I'd love to see some shop upgrades like we had for the Papa games. Maybe a buzzer or timer to let us know when our ore is at the right temp? Or how about being able to buy guides to help us line up parts? I love the ability to buy various parts. I'd like to be able to a couple different indicators other than just "bookmarked" though. Maybe have 1 bookmark for the weapon you're building (and be able to display the recipe in the window you're making it in), another bookmark that flags parts that you want to hold on to for complete or near complete recipes, and then another bookmark for a "watch list" of items that you'd like to find. Also, I'd love to see a way to decorate your wagon-shop. Maybe trophies from some of the monsters you've killed? Maybe have different ornamentation awarded by the various achievements you accomplish? That would be a nice little extra bonus. Anyhow, I love this game!

Under rating threshold (show) My favorite of your games yet. All of the pressure of rushing and multitasking to get a good score being put towards a bonus instead of how you did overall is a very much welcomed change for me. I get to enjoy the game for what it is instead of having to worry about rushing everything. 5/5.

Under rating threshold (show) One suggestion I could make as an update for either this game or the next Jacksmith one: have it keep track of the stats of the finished weapons. Basicly it would be a small list with the combined health, power, luck, etc, etc of the finished weapons. More of a memory aid so we know what in the heck we're already throwing at today's batch of enemies. One example: do we really need another weapon focussed on fire when we've already finished 40+ fire bonus today?
